You seem to believe the English game is worth 10x ours, so I was asking whether you would actually be willing to pay 10x the price to watch an English game.

Per capita, we have the best attended national league in Europe, possibly the world. We have arguably the biggest derby in the world, certainly one of the top ten. Yet Sky pay us less than half of what the Norwegian League gets: Most games are not one-sided affairs at all. Outwith the Old Firm the league is actually very equal. If you really think Scottish football is that bad, then what are you doing on a Scottish club's football forum? Also, given that Sky pay over ten-fold more for an English game than a Scottish one, I take it you'd be happy to pay ~£250 for a English Premiership match ticket? That's assuming you attend St Mirren games and pay for an adult ticket, of course.

I will NEVER subscribe to Sky. They rip off Scottish football and give an obscene amount to the English game, which I have absolutely no interest in anymore. I still think the Scottish clubs should band together and purchase the rights to the games. I would 100% sign up for that.

Utter pish! No fight today. I spent £140 on tickets, taking 5 people and it was utterly humiliating having them watch that. I expect us to lose, but I want to see determined players giving their all. That looked like the team was hungover from celebrating the Aberdeen win. Left early and just about to arrive at Central.

Would you pull the lever yourself? 😉 I agree, a spontaneous reaction is understandable, particularly when the perpetrator is under the influence of drink or drugs and it's the result of a heated argument or over a love interest, or something. But to plan such a wicked crime is just pure evil. Is this perhaps the result of the collaboration of two psychopaths? I can only think it takes a personality disorder of that magnitude for two people to contrive commit such a callous attack. I hope they receive very long prison sentences, both to act as a deterrent and to keep society safe from such people.

I'm relieved to read that! 😆 In seriousness, I hope the conflicts that are ongoing are swiftly resolved. I fear both may escalate, however.

I think it's strategic: 1) It will appeal to their fans. 2) It implies they believe there are biased officials who're working against them. That then detracts from the credibility of similar claims made by Celtic.

Frosty this morning in the East End of Glesga. I've just been looking ahead to the 2nd Jan, to see what the weather's like. I'm sure one of the tabloids claimed we were going to have very severe snow next week. Light rain forecast all day for the Celtic game, though.

I suspect that we will sell some more tickets tomorrow, however, so hopefully will top 7,000.

Our next four games: Kille (h) Aberdeen (a) Celtic (h) Rangers (h) I think we will be lucky to be in the top six after these games, in all honesty... 🤐
