The west cumbrian dialect certainly irritated when I first moved in 94. Even still to this day, they do live up the phrase dumbrians but keep that quiet as only scot in the depot😄

Also didn't realise at the time that once you pass you aren't insured to drive instructors car so he drove me back to work. He didn't hang about neither which did confuse me at the time after being taught to drive one way then..............
