I would sell. Last year of his contract and he spends more time out than in. Get cash in and actually sign a player who can create chances and a striker who knows the way to goal. Infact tell Hibs they can have Sheron and Morais too.

You know what much as I admire Jim I think the time is ripe for him to go on a Management Motivational Course his comments today in the press absolutely astound me stating that as a player he hated playing the Old Firm at their place.Surely you have to talk up your players giving them belief especially as the players are in a top league pro side for a reason.If you continually make wrong decisions and bad passes you will always suffer.

Sevco didn't need to be good as we gifted them the ball and turned the game into a training excerise

Nonsense. It has little to do with the budget. Its about how hard you work at training and during the game, and how well motivated you are.
That performance was embarrassing and shouldn't be excused because the other team are paid better. 
 

The problem for me was psychological. The players looked terrified for whatever reason. No-one wanted the ball except McGrath who had some composure but little support. Bad decisions, shocking passing, being caught in possession and ball watching were the order of the day. I think Jim has to take some responsibility for the first half attitude in particular. The game plan looked like defend in depth in the first half then open up a bit in the second half if there wasn't much in the game. But the backs to the wall and blooter the ball anywhere does little to install confidence. How about next time we try a keep possession tactic?

Killie showing that with effort and application the ‘gulf in class’ can be significantly narrowed. They might still lose but there’s no doubt they are in this game. 
Over recent years nearly everybody in the league has been able to notch something over one of the big two (usually Sevco). 
Our players consistently show an embarrassing ‘wee team’ mentality. I’d take a couple of hidings for the magic of an occasional victory. We never EVER look like getting one.

It's not about us losing. Most of us would probably expect anything more than that to be a good day at the office. It's the total lack of any cohesive play, the inability to keep the ball or find your own player with a pass. The players looked terrified. The attitude of both players and management was awful (with one or two exceptions) both before and during the game. Adopt the same approach on Wednesday and we'll get a sore one.
