The problem with getting somebody new in from outside the club, is that time is against us. It will take the new bloke a couple of games/weeks to assess his squad. Work out his best team and tactics with what he has available. Meanwhile the transfer window is open and make no mistake we are running out of games already to turn it around. I won't be too upset if Teale gets the gig until the end of the season. We can take stock then and see where we are and what we need to do.

It was a rather uncomfortable night for all concerned. For the first time, I saw hands raised against Gilmour continuing in his position. George Campbell looked like he was going to have a square go with someone outside. Tommy Craig babbled nonsense and near the end made reference to the 18 months left on his contract. I reckon the only people that supported TC in that room were the board themselves. Oh dear. Oh dear.

When D*vie H*y starts getting mentioned you know things are beyond grim. If things keep going as they are, H*y will start to look like a genius compared to Craig.
