  1. This morning was full of middle lane drivers. What the f**k they thinking about? Left the house at 3:10am. Seen about 20 cars in the M8 between here and Glasgow. At least 12 in the middle lane overtaking nobody. One of them doing about 50mph and wouldn't move to the inside for someone towing a trailer. The guy towing the trailer was in the inside lane, moved into the middle lane as he approached the numpty, sat behind him for a bit and they refused to move over. The guy towing the trailer has 3 options and the only legal one is to sit behind the idiot and continue at 50mph. He overtook him on the outside, can't really blame him. Should have breezed past on the inside.
  2. Great signing at our level. Miles better than Billy the fish.
  3. Doing the A9 run on Wednesday morning. Will be in Dornoch for 7am. Thanks for the heads up, better leave a half hour earlier this time.
  4. If you're not overtaking a car then why are you not in the inside lane? You're safe distance doesn't mean jack if you're hogging the middle lane...
  5. Won't this go to the old board to pay off the loan sooner? Great move for Kenny if true.
  6. I haven't seen his comments on twitter so have no idea what he said nor have I said it should be different rules. All I have said is that perhaps the young guy should be educated and given a chance. Every human being is worth giving a chance and "try to correct" as you put it. Yes 22 people died in an awful terror attack, no need to patronise with the poor Evan remark as I've not said anything like "poor Evan".
  7. Of course he's worth trying to correct. One of our ex players had Facebook page full of sectarian nonsense (no worse than the others that made the papers) when he was on he verge of breaking into the first team. He deleted everything, screwed the nut and he grew up into a nice young man and could still earn us a pretty penny with his sell on clause.
  8. Bumped into his old man last night who said as much, couldn't have posted it online though. Wished him all the best, he thoroughly deserves it. Thanks Stephen, been a pleasure to watch this season.
  9. What a great day. Support was phenomenal. Just one arse hole with the smoke bomb before kick off. Great day day to be a saints fan. So proud.
  10. Great atmosphere from them but let if a smoke bomb and caused a nightmare for people trying to find seats to sit on.
  11. Arseholes around the drum have ruined it for a lot of people.
  12. Some talk of sitting where you want today in the stands and singers gather round the drum. I suggest we stick to our allocated seats as it's a sell out and everyone will be singing their hearts out backing the team anyway. I'm going with 2 adults and 2 kids all seated together, no f**king chance I'll be hunting for seats together because someone is on my seat.
  13. Someone did this for the cup final. Tickets couldn't be reprinted so they went and chapped the door of their old house and got them. Turned out the ticket office hadn't updated his details properly, but was ok in the end up.
  14. Someone on twitter suggested that the initial allocation was 900, 2nd allocation brings us up to 1500.
  15. Not great. I booked a parking space (someone's space in new flats) round the corner on justpark.com, cost me under a fiver but saves any hassle.
  16. And it's not even silly season yet
  17. There's a 1 in 2 chance I'm going to bring the padlock out for the first time this year! And a 1 in 2 chance of a FFS from Drew
  18. The referee was an absolute disgrace yesterday. We were well on top when he should have chopped the goal off. It was a foul and should never have stood. The timing of this had quite an influence and knocked us out of our stride for a while. I'm convinced we would have won the game had he made the correct call at this point. Have gave many dubious decisions against both teams. I also felt McKenzie was lucky to stay on the park. He shouldn't have been booked for dissent but he was involved in 2 aerial challenges after this, one in particular where he clearly lead with the arm. Knowing he was on a booking I think he could have easily walked for the 2nd one. I don't think the ref was a cheat in any way, he's just very poor at his job.
  19. I'm sure the only Dundee that will be on the mind of Jack Ross is our game against United on Saturday.
  20. I agree, I don't mind helping out but I simply don't have the time I once had. Work hard and family time is more important than browsing the forum. I don't visit the forum daily but the days I do visit I always try and tidy up things. To be fair, the forum isn't that bad and has a level of self moderation. Members rightly shoot down people who step out of line and genuine people recognise their mistakes, apologise and edit.
  21. Complaining about the stewards heavy handedness AFTER you had a go at 3 of them.....? Wasn't it Paisley police and St Mirren stewards? He should complain to St Mirren if he has an issue. Most of the support was fantastic but there were a few down the front overstepping the mark and not to forget several on the pitch, even in the second half when the goals were scored at the other end. If the fans want to behave like arse holes then they should expect to be treated like arse holes. As for Phil, I think he did a decent job but all things come to an end. Best of luck.
  22. The hall of fame boards, are they in all 3 home stands? I honestly can't remember seeing any of them so I would never consider sponsoring them. Cut current sponsor off or print artwork with Paisley 2021 logo and stick it over the top.
  23. As I've said before on here, this is why I only pay the £10 per month. The money should be accumulated for bigger ideas.
