    Director Elections

Interesting range of personalities and qualities, I reckon any of the 3 would do a good job. That's my vote registered, not how I thought I would vote but after reading each statement and watching each video I'm quite happy with my vote. Good luck to all 3 guys, massive respect for sticking your head in the firing line.
  2. I'll quote you so he can see your post....................
  3. That's what I thought the intention was but they've now said that it will be spent every 3 months.
  4. The 2 kids were fantastic today. I've not watched the under 20's this season but if we have any half decent strikers it would be good to see one of them get a run out.
  5. He needs dropped. It's not just about yesterday, he's consistently shite. All season we have been put on the back foot from his poor kicking.
  6. "Give them something to cheer about"
  7. The tithe topic title is correct. It's not the PM's choice, it's the people's choice and they voted to leave.
  8. I think Rae was slaughtered as he had signed the player, he was apparently fit and couldn't get near the bench the he was shipped out on loan. I don't think he was slaughtered for sending him on loan, just the fact that he signed someone who's obviously not good enough. You're right though, Ross is in a no win situation but if he thinks Gordon is good enough then that's a worry. That's all I was getting at in my original post.
  9. I hope so but his first decision bringing back Gordon from Alloa and handing him a jersey doesn't fill me with much hope.
  10. Langfield - Punt. All season we have been put under pressure from his kick outs. He's been awful and he blames everyone else as he thinks he's the dugs baws. Gallagher - keep him on as number 2. Naismith - Keep but needs a spell with the under 20's. Maybe come good again next season with a good pre-season. Webster - 50/50 on this one. Irvine - Would like to see him get a run at right back at the expense of Naismith before punting. Baird - Keep, til end of season. McKenzie - Punt. Gordon - On last nights showing he would be one of the first out the door. Morgan - Keep. Positive player with pace. Will only improve IMO. Hutton - Punt. Nowhere near good enough. Quinn - Keep, think he's quite effective when fit. Mallan - Keep. Needs a good kick up the arse but has potential. Walsh - Punt. Play our own kids before the loan players who play like it doesn't matter what happens as they think they'll be returning to their own clubs. Hardie - Punt. As above Gallagher. Punt. Clarkson - Punt. Past it and out of shape. Sutton - Keep, but we need more mobility up front for support. We won't be able to move on as many as this unfortunately so I hope Jack Ross has what it takes to get more out of the shite we have. It was a huge gamble giving him the job when we were rock bottom of the league with the squad we have. Brave appointment from GLS, not one I would have taken if it were my money invested in the club.
  11. Well beaten tonight by a far better team. Morton are streets ahead of us and I now genuinely fear we will get relegated. We're the worst team in the league and we have an inexperienced manager with a very difficult task to get us out of this. 2 things I hope happen after this display. Loan players, send them all back. Langfield, shouldn't get a jersey again this season. Tonight was the same pattern as all season. Rooted to his line and constantly put us on the back foot with his terrible kick outs. I do fear for us, Ross has my backing but it was an incredible gamble given our position at the bottom of the league.
  12. I'd take a point right now and follow that up with 3 points on Saturday. Forecast is is looking good for tomorrow night, hopefully a decent crowd down to lift the team.
  13. No, that's just his stage name. His real name is Methadone Chic.
  14. My 6 year old loves this song thanks to his papa playing over and over to him. Thanks dad!
  15. Joe Egan told me it was "Stuck in the middle with you" that was the real gold mine mainly due to Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs. (always get them 2 mixed up. Said featuring in the film was like winning the lottery.

  17. You're not really kidding, he's a handsome bastard
  18. I thought it was a massive improvement today, but that just highlights how bad we were under Rae. We we set out in a much more positive manor, everything we did including solid 50/50 challenges. But for me the game started to turn once Langfield tried to play quarterback with his kick outs. He thinks he's the dugs baws but he's shite at kicking. We should try play it short or just kick it down the middle to Sutton. In the end, United were comfortable winners. Even if we had scored I got the feeling they could up it and go get another. Pass marks for most players despite the result. Must try harder for McKenzie and Naismith though. WTF has happened to our right back that used to bomb up and down the park. Even after strolling to an advanced position he's so lacklustre in getting back. Overall feeling a bit more optimistic, the more time JR has with the players the better we'll get IMO.
  19. Really? She wasn't raped. I've no concerns about woman's rights as I do believe the jury, which the majority was female came to the correct decision. It's more concerning that this type of sexual behaviour is considered pretty normal to the youth of today.
