They have engaged, they’ve been engaged more than Del Boy Trotter. The thing just won’t die.

They’ve had their characters put under the spotlight so have taken that case forward. No one can blame them given the pathetic way AW conducted himself in all of this.

Given where we are now, it’s no surprise they won’t say anything further.

So are you not even a tiny bit concerned that two St Mirren directors are seeking legal orders against SMISA, which has led SMISA to seek legal advice? Does that sound like a harmonious state of affairs?

Remember this is the department that couldn't count the number of weans that would need primary and secondary education in future years.  I rest my case.  :spud5

    Thats not relevant.

What is relevant, and concerning, is two members of the St Mirren board taking legal action against the supporters organisation that owns the club.

Its a pity, this should have been able to work, unfortunately too many egos at play, together with it would appear weakness and lack of integrity from our reps on the SMFC board. Time to reconfigure the managemenr of the club without kibble involvement IMO.

Basically enquiry only got responses from AW and the Council but not board of SMFC, can't comment further as court case pending, so as you were.

I know others think there's nothing to see here, but for me this is concerning.

Why would Kibble directors prefer court action rather than engaging with SMISA, and why are SMISA directors on the SMFC board not engaging with the enquiry either?

Hearing we’ve agreed a deal with Kilmarnock to take Calum Waters until the end of the season. Definitely a position we need cover/competition in. Looks likely to be announced tomorrow to soften the blow of Erhahon’s departure announcement. Makes sense for all parties considering he’s been out the picture there recently.

Triple signing along with John Rankin and Robbie Winters.

Killie are the best team I've seen us play they were miles better than us at our place and really should have won .I fully expect them to rectify that on Monday 2-0 them.

Killie have been punching above their weight this season, 19 points is a very good return given how poor their squad is. Nearly all their goals come from set pieces or Armstrong, so as long as we're switched on and double up on their only good player we'll be fine. We have a much better squad than theirs.

It would appear all employment tribunal results are published here: https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions

I can find no details of any employment tribunals involving St Mirren FC. There are a few involving Kibble from the last few years, all but one of which was struck off and the exception was dismissed. It may be there is another company name or contractor I should be searching for.

I've tried searching a few names that have previously been suggested here as stadium manager with no luck.

Any further information you could provide about this, or the other tribunals, mentioned would be much appreciated as it would help me find this information which is already in the public domain.

You'll be aware there is plenty of scepticism, to put it mildly, over the claims posted by yourself and others so this is a great opportunity for you to back up your case and win many of us round.

I suppose its possible there was an out of court settlement before it got to tribunal, though I know thats not what he said.

  7. I think in amongst all the whataboutery and conspiracy theories about what certain things mean, there is also a genuine concern over transparency within SMISA.

I've long thought of the SMISA board as well meaning fans who put in, doubtless, effort and time, but it has a real feel of a closed shop. Now that George has resigned, they come up with a statement saying they will announce his successor soon.

Do they just decide that between themselves? Maybe they've decided to finally forego any illusion of democracy.

If what is being speculated on here is true then I'm sure Mr Wardrop will make his migivings known once freed of his collective responsibility to the board. Not just to those 'in the know' I hasten to add.

Unfortunately, i'm not so sure about that. This whole saga has been full of rumours and innuendo with very little substance.

There could well be something to it, but if there are concerns, those with knowledge of it have a duty and obligation to speak out,  with clear evidence, so the fans are aware. Instead, all we get is attention seeking bollocks.

If people leave their jobs, it could be a sign of financial meltdown, or it could be they've just moved on to another job. Dean Lyness? Hes now third choice keeper, so wouldnt be a surprise if he moves on. If they move on, and have had a significant role, this should be acknowledged by the club, but that may be down  to mistakes in communication than anything more sinister.

In short, "glen" whoever that may be needs to not just list events that he claims have happened, but prove this is symptomatic of a wider malaise and problems at the club. Nothing i've see so far demonstrates this.

Frankly I'd be more concerned that you have been posting extremist views.

Ah yes, the common trope of the right wing, that those seeking a fairer, more egalitarian society are in some ways extremists.

Anyway, enough of your diversion, you may not like other forum users but calling them a nonce without it would appear evidence is well out of order on a public forum.

Prince Andrew, on the other hand, is a nonce so its fair game to call him one. And his mum was a nonce enabler, much as you dont like to admit it.

I advise he does another Newsnight interview to tell

the world of his chemical castration, feckin beast.

He'll treasure more the £12 million of our money to help him escape justice.

Let’s hope it’s not as bad as we suspect

The precursor was obviously the banners at their European game

I don’t want this potential nonsense live on tv at our stadium ( or anywhere else )

Fingers crossed, but, let me tell you this… The police won’t deal with it at the time IF anything happens

Anyway, I predict 1-3 but hopefully I’m wrong in a positive way

It's not something for the police to deal with, they won't be breaking any laws.

The way things are going, i wouldnt be surprised if fans not standing and clapping vociferously will be arrested for not being respectful. Faraway will be taking freeze frames of the crowd and naming anyone who isnt being mournful enough.

    Shit parenting?

    You've lost the plot.

Making sure your kids get a decent nights sleep is kind of important.

Taking them out in the middle of the night to gawp at a dead queen is fecking mental.

  13. On BBC there they spoke of a mum who queued through the night with her two young children and carried one of them so she could sleep.

This is portrayed as normal behaviour in this batshit crazy world rather than shit parenting.

The nonce has also just been made deputy king without any comment from our fawning mainstream media.

  14. Apparently people could have to queue for 30 hours to see the Queens coffin in London. A wristband system will be in operation to allow people to go to the toilet. There are people there who have been camping out since last Thursday, and dont plan to leave until after the funeral.

Never has there been a more stark example of the impact of underfunding of our mental health services.
