  1. Updated odds on who will finish bottom. Doesn't make great reading St Mirren 2/9 Ayr 5/1 Raith 10/1 Dumbarton 14/1
  2. There are 13 games left. So another 11 games to make up the 1 point. Easy peasy!
  3. We sign 3 players that can play at full back yet Irvine still gets a start, and has a poor game as usual. That's bad management.
  4. Don't get me wrong, that's great news and I'm glad to hear it. But does no one else think it's odd this thing he does where he goes off with an apparent hamstring injury but is fine to play the following week? Fair enough if it's a one off, he felt something and was taken off as a precaution. But this is the 3rd time it's happened (if he plays tomorrow) and we have ended up losing all 3 of those games. Maybe not so much of an issue now we have more cover.
  5. Ah, I was wondering why he had started every game and then dropped totally from the squad for the last 3. I've a good feeling about this one.
  6. You would be surprised then who I heard it from. It wasn't just a fellow fan. But it's good to hear it's not true and hopefully he'll be in the team soon.
  7. Fair enough. I heard a lot of rubbish then [emoji52]
  8. I got it from a reasonable source. As for the abuse...... whatever mate.
  9. To replace the other new left back who has already been deemed a 'mistake' by the management team.
  10. If he's out for 4 weeks with a hamstring then I will concede that I'm wrong. If he's back 'fit' next week, then I don't understand what's wrong with him. I agree he's a decent player. He's also becoming a liability with these injuries. Just as Quinn was with his inability to last more 60 mins.
  11. I'm sure McKenzie will be fine. He's developing a habit of being subbed off with an injury but being fine for the next game. I'm starting to think, decent player that he his, his heart's not in it.
  12. Different game from me as well. Falkirk have been well on top.
  13. We look awful for want of a better word :-( They stole a few yards for the shy that led to the goal. But when does that not happen?
  14. The bookies like our new signings!! Our odds on finishing bottom have drifted without a game being played... St Mirren 4/7 Ayr 7/2 Dumbarton 7/2 Raith 16/1
  15. It is on the OS. Edit: sorry Tam, wrong thread. Still nothing formal
  16. You had me thinking today was Friday there for a moment [emoji20]
  17. That's harsh! He was a regular in the Championship with Watford for over a year and a key player for them until he picked up a bad knee injury. He was keeping Danny Drinkwater and Andros Townsend out the starting XI. Then later he was a regular starter for Sheffield United in 2013/14 when they reached the semi-final of the FA Cup. That's not too bad at all for a player who's been unlucky with injuries.
  18. Is it not incorrect to say we won't necessarily get a sell on clause if we let his contract run down? That's what happened with McGinn and we still got one in exchange for a reduction in the development fee. Anyhow, probably a moot point if the boy wants to leave. No point in having an unhappy player.
  19. Updated odds after the weekend games. Do the bookies see the first signs of a Saints revival?! St Mirren 1/3 Ayr 9/2 Dumbarton 9/2
  20. They have definitely been weakened this month losing Thomson and Todd, and their assistant manager. And then further weakened by signing Gallacher, Carswell and Nade!!
  21. No. I think he's slow because he's old and slow. I also think he's shite and falls down all the time because he's old and shite.
