Flynn and Mullen have been pilloried on here for months saying they weren’t good enough. A lot of people were shouting for GMac to be let go due to his injury record and people have also been slating Lyons.

Flynn is carrying an injury and I understand Paul McGinn also has a knock. GMac hasn’t played for a year and Mullen for a good while too.
Sensible for the manager to shake things up tonight with the more important game on Saturday in mind.
In terms of the comparison to Forrest he has looked every inch a guy who’s played nearly 50 games in recent weeks.
Not sure what the issue is here. It’s a squad game and guys like Kellerman, Corbu and Cooke all did well tonight and give us options over the last 6 games if required.

The run itself pulled 2 men out of position, including Mullen's marker.
It wasn't the best hit pass but he got rid of it out of necessity... there were 3 bodies on him at that point and we'd have certainly lost possession had he not shifted it on. Hardly a c**t of a pass either, given that we scored 2 seconds later.

Last time I looked, Dreyer was signed by a premiership team, and Mallan by a championship team that was relegated and he failed to prosper there.
I'm not for one minute suggesting that Dreyer  is currently better than Mallan, but Brighton seem to know who has the potential to be the Porsche in comparison to a Sunbeam.

However, to suggest his header that set up Lyon's goal was ordinary, underestimates its quality IMO.

Dreyer definitely has certain areas of his game that he needs to improve.
However, he contributed to both of our goals yesterday and gave 100% for the entire game.
I was frustrated with his performance at times. However, given I've seen King, Kpekawa ( and most of the other shite that useless cunt Stubbs signed) playing for us this season, then Dreyer's performance was nowhere near unacceptable IMO.

Our second half tactic of standing off Dundee and letting them flaff about passing it sideways until they crossed the half way line and then swarming them worked a treat. Well done Oran. Danny Mullen was brilliant at harassing the Dundee backs into mistakes. Very pleasing afternoon.

Thought Gary Mac was immense today - hasn’t play for about a year and won countless 50/50s

Ryan Flynn was immense today.
I'd call that a Murray-esque performance. He got himself involved in everything that went on the centre of the park in a way that not only reminded me of Hugh Murray, but may well have saved us from relegation in the way Murray did all those years ago in Stirling.
In my personal opinion (not worth much, I know) Flynn has gone from getting punted out the door in January to be deserving of a new contract and a place in the middle of the park from now on. Tansey will be lucky to ever play for us again even if he does get fit.
It was great to see all three home sides of the stadium up signing Oh When The Saints  as the clock ran down. I honestly think instead of making up bullshit stories and disgracing us in the national press the board should look at how they can use the energy of W7 and get those guys creating an atmosphere like that all round the stadium. We have a real chance to be the best support in Scotland.....
....On that note well done the W7 crew for chanting Simeon Jackson's name when he came on. f**k Allan Preston and the BBC knobs that made such a big deal of his penalty miss.
Dundee were piss poor, we surely will not finish last behind them. If we do, relegation is the least we deserve.
I'd love to see us playing with a bit less fear now. Kearney has done a great job steadying the defence. A f**king brilliant job actually, and Popescu is one of the best players in the league not just in our team.

Dreyer, the waste of a jersey who contributed to both our goals. Some fans seem to expect players to do everything, but in some cases the most important thing is when they contribute to goals. Like it or not, he’s a big reason we won today.
As for the game against the bigots, Oran managed to lead the shitty Stubbs squad (plus Anton) to grind out a 0-0 draw. Celtic are worse under Lennon, and scraped a win at Dundee. We have a better team now than back then. There’s every chance we can get some sort of result at home against them, we are better than the day we drew 0-0, and the bigots have a poorer manager now. Hopefully they skelp their fellow bigots and go 13pts clear, then take the foot off the gas a little against us.
I agree with your view of him but his goals were in Denmark’s 2nd tier, not the top flight. If he’s banging in goals at that ratio in their top flight we wouldn’t have a chance of landing him, loan or permanent.

Between this and the hopeless Mullen scoring, and the hopeless Dreyer setting up the second, someone looks pretty stupid now.

Were not a good enough team to go Gung Ho against anyone lets not kid ourselves,  doing so in this game will play right into Dundee's hands, their defence is poor and we will get our chances and hopefully our shot shy strikers will take them when we do,  Dundee could easily have picked off Celtic last week they surely will with us if we are naive,  This is Dundee's chance to bury us, they'll be up for this just as much as us,  win ugly if we have to

Yes, the reaction appears to be over the top.
However, it was a f**king dreadful penalty. No matter what a keeper does his feet will still be close enough to the middle of the goals to get to that. Jackson was taking a risk trying something he clearly hasn't practiced enough, and its difficult to understand why. Drill it in a corner and there is a 70% chance we are 1-0 up there.
