  1. I’d imagine the Killie match would be selected for TV similar to the Partick game last season.
  2. Having one or two shares is fair enough but Hopkin is one of the top 5 shareholders at Morton. If that is not a major conflict of interest then I don’t know what is. Being in a different league, for now, has no bearing. Gordon Scott wouldn’t be allowed to have shares in another club and I don’t think the team manager should have either.
  3. If the club are interested in Hopkin then there are areas that need clarified. Namely what about his Morton shares, is he prepared to sell those? What about his assistant? Will he want to bring him with him, a shady character by all accounts. Oh, and he better not want to sign Alan ‘Flash’ Lithgow.
  4. Coleman may have been an excellent manager elsewhere but certainly not at Sunderland.
  5. Everyone knows the rules before the season starts.
  6. Great. That means he’ll be staying put.
  7. Of course one guaranteed way to ‘end this farce’ would be to go back to appointing another 30 years + of duff managers that no other team wants and end up costing a packet to get rid of.
  8. Totally deserved for Livingston. By far the better team over the two legs. Livi will be nobody’s fools in the Premier next season.
  9. Don’t think you’ve thought this through. We’d need to terminate JR’s contract which has 2 years to run which would cost a bit of money, then add to that paying Alloa compensation for Goody. For someone so tight with money you seem to have no issue with spending other peoples.
  10. Rigor Mortis Murray. About as inspiring as a bucket of cold puke.
  11. Unusual to have neither father present at their children’s wedding.
  12. 5469 in attendance at the Pasta Bowl. Whether you like the play offs or not they bring out the crowds.
  13. Last 16 games taking place on a Saturday, very strange.
  14. For the sake of Dumbarton’s fans you would hope so. They were brutal today and just as bad in the first leg.
  15. What now for Stephen Aitken? Credibility now in tatters.
  16. Great strike by Jordan Kirkpatrick.
  17. Short term thinking. Surely be better to stay in the Premier long term rather than have Thistle bring a few more fans than Livi for one season?
  18. When McKinnon was sacked United had 17 points from 10 games, scaled up over 36 games that would give you 61 points which is what they finished with. We saw how good McKinnon’sUnited were when we pumped them 3-0.
  19. Ipswich is as good a job as any if Jack wants to dip his toes in the shark infested waters of English football management. They have a good record of giving managers time unlike a lot of clubs down there.
  20. Don’t agree about McKinnon. United actually got 4 more points in this chaotic season than they managed last season.
  21. If County are in the play off then Thistle will have been automatically relegated by finishing bottom. Only 1 out of Livi, Thistle and County will be in the Premier next season.
