Right, so, as per usual on here the discussion is banned and we're just to accept todays result. 11th will be fine, the squad is great and "legend" Lennon has a free pass. It was just a very good Dundee United team, the fact they had the freedom of 80 yards of the park doesn't matter.
6 seconds, SIX, it took for us to fall apart and it took one pass not to feet for McGowan to spit the dummy. But that's fine, United were very good.
We couldn't pass, mark, cross, tackle, pressure, adapt, take control of anything, shoot, dribble, retain possession, use possession well or pose a real threat...but, that's all fine as United were very good.
At least the booing debate hasn't been rehashed, hate to make those overpaid, inept, inconsistent individuals in our squad feel any worse than they did for the 5 seconds it took them to shake the result off and ponder which pub they'd be in tonight.

We can take individual results in isolation. We got pumped today, 4-0 flattered us. Okay, these things can happen.
What is harder to take is that after 10 games we are yet again 11th in the table.
This is not good enough. The management of the football club rightfully have serious questions to answer regarding the performance of the team this season.
Let's hope they answer them at home to County next week. If they can't, it's time to go.

Danny survives with a gutsy draw tonight. Now onto tynecastle for another defining moment. I really hope he wins or avoids defeat. A draw will see him stay a defeat and I feel with the international break to sort it the board will change. Hope we can at least draw on sat tho. If they reduce the gap to 6 pts this early when it was 15 our arses will collapse

Well outwith our budget but perhaps with him looking to boost his reputation again maybe, just maybe, would love Craig Levein. His record with Dundee Utd is undoubted. Back to basics and experienced.

Could we just one time get an name to make our kit. I spoke to an old employee who bemoaned that the players kit is the same as the fans and has no special fabric or moisture control. Basically they are cheap shit and anyone who says it's diadora its not diadora uk went bust in 2009. Jd I think own the name. Anyhow for once sell the strip in the club shop next time and don't sell out to a major sports shop that pay lip service to us . Here and now ? Would someone point out what exactly is positive about Saints at this time ? Have made two hellish trips to the highlands seen Thistle run all over us while there was a wee glimmer of hope against Killie when they went down to 10 men. We might have had a bad run last season in the league but we did not look half as bad as we do this season. If we lose to Motherwell then changes will need to be made.

I am shocked that Danny let Imrie, guy , parkin and Carey go without having replacements. It is quite simply ridiculous and having an ageing thommo scrap up front with only bahhoken as back up is very worrying. Danny had all summer and his strategy is crap.

It's sounds like we're going through the stages of bereavement together. You now appear to have entered acceptance. An acceptance that were poor, relegation shouldn't be that big a surprise, so chin up & get on with it. Why? We're an SPL team now. You get relegated then the ultimate goal is to be where we are right now. We had the foundations of a decent squad last season. I'm sure I wasn't alone in thinking were a couple of players away from climbing the table and having a decent league campaign.
As contracts were being terminated I was beginning to think Danny's got a master plan. He must have better players in mind, especially with the extra cash he'll have from the cup win. After all the anticipation what happened; the square root of f**k all.
It's the self destruction I'm finding hard to accept.

I hope Danny get a few games more. I am a critic but I really feel for the guy he deserves a chance to turn this around.
