  1. To be fair - the comments were ludicrous and out of order.
I echo above - karmas a bitch and should a game be forfeited and points awarded, they may eat their words.
Silly comments and no wonder they got the clubs back up, they did mine yesterday.
mad for our own clubs communication - nothing new. Been dire for years @div - just a bit worse, if anything.

If you can't work it out, I ain't helping you. Easy to comprehend.

At the moment, I would love a fresh cream meringue from Dobbies.

    I ain't getting it.

So, even you don’t know what you want (other than the meringue) and can’t make sense of your logic? That’s fair enough.

On the positive; Looking like reasonably soon you will get the meringue though....better than a jam tart, too bitter them.

You will all be there soon enough to to hear and condone sectarianism coming from the North Stand and the Stand for St Mirren children.

Sit and enjoy the Season and watch as Bigotry rules supreme by winning the Title for the 35th year in a row.

    Complicit in corruption.

Shull, having read your comments lately and I cannot help but wondering what it is you want?

you don’t want to share a league with bigots next season but you want to continue this season to an end? So bigotry is ok this season just not next?

you state hearts have been treated badly and show empathy with them and state they shouldn’t be relegated..... hearts have a history of bigotry (all be it scaled down versus their Glasgow cousins). Do you want that it the league or not?

I’m not having a go, I just can’t understand your logic?

All stadiums need emergency access points, with the size of our stadium it would be silly filling all four, I do think another tier on the away stand would suit all parties if it was possible, also use space underneath for other projects, (bit like the caley stand at love street) it would keep the family stand happy as the OF would be kept in one stand, have a better capacity for other teams that need it, and in turn higher income for the club.

I’d love it (to fill in 3) but won’t happen.

Gerry Cinamon sells out 50k Hampden in 6 mins this morning. :o

I played at a festival a few years ago and he was on after us. He was ‘alright’. However, the rate at which he’s grown in popularity is quite amazing. Good on him.

Just aping all the posts about 'Judas' Oran 'working his ticket' to rip us off and get his dream move back to part-time football based on 1 tweet from 6 weeks ago - the same week we were being linked with moving for Goodwin if Oran left us, we were linked with Goodwin last summer and during the winter as well.

Got you now..... I am pleasantly reveling  in the good news and not catching on as quick!

Wonder if Coleraine and Oran are posting to the effect that there were rumours of St Mirren going for Jim Goodwin as manager before Oran was appointed, during his short time at the club (January - in the run up to the cup game; and before the season ended) and it has come to pass... crafty old St Mirren?

Has this happened? i.e. Has someone claimed this was the case?

    Alloa are good cunts.

I agree, that quote at the end of their statement was classy for a club that has just lost their leader. Wish them the best.

Delighted to have goody back, natural leader and all heart, will take him a bit to get things right as we are short if a squad etc just now but will give the guy time, he deserves it.

  9. Hull and Dundee Utd reported to be interested in Shankland, the form hes been in recently, with decent delivery, I would have liked him with us again. Wont happen, however, him and a Danny Mullen behind him would be a nice Sutton/Keane-esq kinda set up.

But in truth, I think we should sign a manager first.

ps I see Div tweeted that new players (and previous ones too) are expected to sign in the coming days, whilst I am skeptical at times of the role, I  guess it shows a director of football at least maintains some sort of consistency in running the club without a manager. kudos if it pays off and I will give GLS credit for it if so.

People don't realise that Oran Kearney was NOT Gordon Scott's pick for the Saints job
The thought of bringing in someone with no experience or knowledge of Scottish Football was seen as too risky by our chairman who opted for a more experienced manager who had made a total arse of his previous job.

Tony Fitzpatrick wanted Oran to replace JR and pushed strongly for him to get the job once again when Stubbs left.

30 days until our first competitive match and we have news like this coming out of the club.

Say what you want about the previous board, at least our former Chairman actually knew how to do his job unlike this imposter.

His decision making and ability/willingness to unite the club and fans are at very least, questionable.

He's not the man for the job in my opinion. But at present, there is not a realistic replacement or willing candidate (to my knowledge). Therefore, lets home his next couple of decisions are good ones...... Because we really need to get it right this time.

Brings us back to last season when Robbie Neilson removed himself from the application process citing these reasons. It does make you wonder what their ambition/budget comparisons are really like.

Your final paragraph is very true, and it’s a major concern we keep putting ourselves through.

In short, I really don't have faith in GS and his ability to lead the club. That is me putting it nicely. I have listed the reasons for this, publicly on Twitter. Was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt (bad fortunes), however, the fact we find ourselves in these potions more than once (several bad decisions, costly ones at that), raise real questions. You think Particks billionaire suitors can be swayed towards Paisley.......?

Oh if he goes and it's for the reasons that are now being speculated (ie. budgetary issues and NOT homesickness) , the board have to live with the fact that there is going to be a groundswell of public opinion that's about to turn on them in a big way for letting him up sticks and leave over their lack of funds to back up anything approaching the overabundance of ambition.

If the reasons for him going ARE that, I'll be f**king raging.

    This!

Never mind OK leaving (potentially), the ambition of the club on the budget we have is laughable. Champagne lifestyle/cider budget an' all that jazz.

Finishing 10th, 9th would be progress and we re-evaluate.

However, this is just another clusterf**k close season. Should have seen it coming; No assistant, no new players...... Only 5 weeks to go. The St Mirren way......
