It was England's reserves and Australia only had about 30% possession so I'd suggest he hardly had a very good game.
I, mostly, get disappointed, when he plays for us.
In and out of the game, needless bookings so maybe I'm expecting more on a consistent basis.
You didn’t even watch the game ffs 😅

I agree with some of what you said about Mcmenamin, but the fee was well short of the 150k asking price
still a lot for no obvious return and while I think he would benefit from a loan it would affect the fee we would be looking for if he came good so the manager will stick rather than twist
But this is a good move for Grieve
he needs to gain a bit more guile and composure to be really good at our level and that is more likely in the championship
he could come back a much improved player and if he doesn’t improve then it is in his best interest to get more game time
He won’t be coming back, his contract is up, he is too lightweight and isn’t good enough for this level.

Agree with Elvis, we did enough but not much more.
Big games against County and St J will decide if we are comfortable top 6 or fighting for top 6.Progress from the last few years but it is still fragile.
Dumbo sounds about right ffs 😂
We won the game and looked comfortable without getting out of 1st gear in terrible conditions.
Sitting 3rd on 22 points…..progress but it is still fragile, honest to Christ 😂😂

I know this sounds a bit dodgy , however he was in the pie qué at Motherwell. Talking to fans and my mate got his pic with him and he hopes to be back in 5 weeks.
Worst pie I’ve had at the football on Saturday, rotten.

We have been dreadful so far, Motherwell the better team.

Not only that, but he should consider what happened to Jim Goodwin after he left for the Dons.
Goodwin got a massive pay off from the dons so I’m not too sure he will regret leaving us at all.

The manager has pinned his faith on McMenamin. Don't think he'll be tempted.
McMenamin plays on the right, Durmus plays on the left and can play wing back also.
He would improve our team absolutely no doubt about it.

Seems to be strange playing for Scotland U17 this previously linked to EPL clubs but can't get near 1st team squads thisyear after making afew squads last year, have I missed something, as thought a few Academy players would have been added to 1st team squad or at least been in B team squad for games like tonight

If Hibs can pay £700 Grand for a player I'm sure Hearts can don't you think.Same size clubs
They aren’t going to pay that for another player in the same league, no danger.
Even if Strain goes Robinson knows what he is doing.

Non story, hearts can’t afford him.

Were Motherwell not seeded? Does not seem a great reward for them.
Tough shit, we’ve had plenty of rough draws over the years.

Will be more realistic about this. Any points from this are a bonus.
I disagree completely, I will be disappointed if we don’t come away with at least a point here.

Even by some saints fans standards on here this has got to be a joke. Even Elvis is more positive that that drivel and he slits his wrists before during and after every game.
We finished 6th last season yet all Robinson’s signings seem to be made of chocolate and he can see a change in manager in the not to distant future.
It’s got to be a parody account😅

I think Robinson is making a bad job with his signings and this will be his undoing. They all seem to be made of chocolate. Can see a change of manager in the not too distant. Ninety odd minutes to see off a non league team. Pretty pathetic.
I’m not sure if this is a parody account or not?

While it was only one game today, and he's no Harry Kane, writing players off on one poor performance isn't the best idea mate.
I’m quite sure a good few were thinking the same last week, he definitely looked a lot sharper and more mobile today. If we bring this other striker in that’s seemingly agreed and possible another left wing back then I will be quite happy.
Another keeper will be brought in once Carson goes.
-
Should be 4 or 5, keeper having an excellent game. Mandron looks a lot sharper than he did against Morton.

Liking the look of Boyd Munce.
He’s a player, good range of passing and his dead balls are really good.

Not confident today at all, hope I’m wrong.

Do we know when Ayunga will be fit again?
In his interview he said he hoped to be back sooner, I reckon we could see him back end of September/October if he has no set backs.

Apparently whoever it is will take months to be fit. Robinson said as much himself. Think this could be a very difficult season. Seem to be weaker all over the pitch. Would already be happy with third bottom.
He seemed genuinely excited last week when talking about this striker, his tone has changed this week which makes me think we’ve had to move onto a different target.
-
We actually let Shaughnessy leave as he wasn’t a guaranteed starter 😅
