The sponsors logo is actually the worst thing about an otherwise decent strip. It's not so much a logo as a letterhead done on a cheapo Windows '98 drawing package. Never mind that the name sounds like some sort of cheap cooncil telly apparatus collaboration project with Rupert Murdoch. Mibbe some folk on here that are good at designing graphics, websites etc, could have a word ? ;-)
On a related note, I see Sevco have signed a deal with Sports Direct that gives them the exclusive rights to wear last season's strip again next season. And we think we're hard done by... ;-)
What's this obsession with getting a strip months before the season starts ? A few few weeks prior to kick off is plenty. How many other clubs have revealed their strips by now ? I can think of about 3 or 4. Jeez oh, I bet it's black and white eh ? ;-)
Plan is to make it sustainable transport friendly with 100% cycle spaces and only 50% parking spaces. You can hear the neighbourly disputes already ! ;-)

My flat got thermal insulation put on this year, ok it's only a two storey and I can jump if need be but within weeks of completion some dick snuck in and set the wheelie bins on fire. The fire officer who visited basically told us it was a good job the bins were up against the uninsulated stair well. Joy of joys !
Was in yesterday, looking good, same old Howff with a refreshed décor and a brighter look. Rod the mod managed to put in an appearance too before the game ! Still the best juke box in town, Beer prices are up mind ye... ;-)
Just caught the last half hour or so, for a young lassie of 23 she held herself up pretty well. Yeah emotional 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow' poignant and awfully sad given the context. Cutaway shots of youngsters in the crowd made me think about those other youngsters that didn't come home a fortnight ago. It's all a big bloody shame.
I thought the father (and brother) had originally been fighting to overthrow Gaddaffi, and had gone back to Libya to try and form a new powerbase, which would be anti-Isis in it's basis ? Or do I just read the wrong newspapers ?
All I can say is that at five to five on Saturday I felt exactly the same as I did at five to five on certain late season days in 1987, 2000, 2006 and 2013.
