Really good performance. Not a single player was under par. If the centre can start scoring we will be fine. The boy from Rangers was very good. One bit of luck with the disallowed goal but we should probably have scored five or six. Ca rr , Phillips and Richardson were all good. As I say no weak links. If we can beat St Johnstone next week it will be a great start to the season .

What an arse.

Won in the end. A very poor performance though. Many of these players did not look premier league level. Fraser needs to sharpen up. He looked done. Give him a pass as very early in the season. The young boy Mc Evoy just looked like a wee boy. Quite skilful but not physically ready for the first team. Ramos was not impressive. Will hold opinion of him until have seen him more often. Similar with Mochrie. Did some good things but A lot of poor things. Goalkeeper did not have a lot to do so again will reserve judgement. Su le looked a bit strong boy . Will be interesting to see him develop.
we need another centre half, amother striker and another winger.
However, unless we have a nightmare against Dunferml ine we are in the next round. We really do need to strength for the League though.

2-1 Raifh. As good a goal as you will see anywhere. United the  better side in second half but R overs may just have nicked it.

Almost 8000 at Starks Park tonight. 5000 expected at Falkir k tomorrtow. Scottish football might not be the highest quality but still entertains.  Raith  keeper makes great save in last few seconds and Raith h old out to win.

Dreadful result. Made a number of chances  but finishing awful. Mandron missed a sitter as did Jamieson. Mandron is quite a good player  but not a finisher. Was surprised when he took the penalty . Everyone around me immediately said ,  oh no he will side foot it, . Surprised Boyd Munce or even Gogic did not take the penalty and put their laces through it. Hopefully beat St Johnstone next week but convinced we will lose 1-0 at Ross County as well. Still have no idea why signed Scott on a two year deal as he has not been fit for years.

Yes I really enjoy the BBC coverage of t h e Championship. Also the Scottish Cup. Viaplay always show Celtic  and Rangers so leaves the BBC to show the Best matches.

Genuinely thought he had died decades ago.

1-1 Entertaining match. Thank God there is no VAR or game could go on all night. Lots of meaty challenges and tussles in the box. 

Sorry I would just add I really hope we have not offered Scott a two year deal. Cannot see what the manager is seeing.
 
 

Missing Kwon and Bolton. Baccus in for Kwon and a shuffle at the back. Hope we have a proper go at Celtic as they have looked poor defensively . Hopefully VAR not working.

2-1. Deflection beats the excellent Morton keeper. Probably about 10 to go. Morton need to hang on.

Morton 1 Motherwell 0. Goal direct from corner. Poor goalkeeping. . Morton been the better side . Hit bar when they should have scored. 37 minutes gone.

Best we have played for a long time. Kwon, Kiltie and Gogic were immense. The rest were merely excellant. Hibs were never in the match. Fully expected to lose today so was incredibly happy at the outcome.

Thought we were reasonable today but never look like scoring. We need to start picking up more points or we could be dragged into battle for second bottom. Teams at the bottom like St Johnstone are improving and we are standing still.
