    I cancelled my Sky when i managed to prove they were lying bastards !! ( dont trust anything that their telesales say.....always get it in writing ! :angry: Its so good to be able to say that without fear of litigation ! :lol:

    2 1/2 hrs later and it appears to have worked although it's now got the 'not genuine windows' pish coming up which is balderdash it's for real, is there a rogue virus causing this...........................?

    Not sure if this is what you have already done, but you could try system restore.

    Press the F5 key repeatedly when you switch your comp on,

    from the choices on screen,choose safe mode startup, follow the on screen messages,

    then choose a system restore point.. eg two weeks earlier , when the system was last known good.

    By starting in safe mode you give the comp the chance to kick in & work while the rogue program is frozen out.

    That's me back in Dublin after a very enjoyable night at the hospitality - nursing a mother of a hangover (why the f*ck do I feel the need to mix my drinks just coz its a free bar?) Another 400 miles for me please. It was great to see a win at last - all my games at the new ground have been draws so far.

    Heathrow and Paris CDG are 10 miles from the respective city centres , Glasgow is 8 miles ! The CDG station connects the airport directly with most of France , just like GARL and Crossrail would do for Glasgow Airport which would make the airport far more attractive to airlines. The Scottish Government is too short-sighted and bias in favour of Edinburgh.

    M74 extention, M80 upgrading, while embra struggles with the pish A720 city bypass ???

    Yeah Bias, that would be about right. :blink:
