To get to the end of November and have clear air between ourselves and several teams with significantly higher resources than us is a remarkable feat.
    But no, apparently we're shit.

    Absolutely.
We know that suspensions and injuries will start to hurt us, and we'll find it more difficult to maintain our level of performance.
I didn't for one minute think we'd have been 3rd in the league for such a lengthy time.

There isn’t much between the teams in this league - Robbo has us well organised, the players are working their butts off and we are getting rewards for it. Sitting 3rd in the league so let’s enjoy it ffs !
Tuesday is a big game and if we can get a result up there then it would be a massive boost and put us 5 points clear in third. COYS !!!

More like our "supporters" are shit and have extremely short memories.
Didn't take long for the usual suspects to start their mind numbing negativity.

Dumbo sounds about right ffs 😂
We won the game and looked comfortable without getting out of 1st gear in terrible conditions.
Sitting 3rd on 22 points…..progress but it is still fragile, honest to Christ 😂😂

Am delighted with the points and the position we are in, knowing we are not at our best but still getting the points is a good sign, we'd all like to see silky football but we all know that's unlikely and a dose of realism prevents the complacency that comes with unrealistic expectation.

Big Jonah returning is great news for the County game.
That’ll be a tough game, which I’ll be attending, win it an we should really be thinking about top 4!

    You should have more faith.
The only people with an overwhelming faith in Derek Adams’ abilities are Roy MacGregor and Derek Adams.
    Adams is a bell-end!

A slight overreaction for a “supporter” of a team currently 3rd in the league in front of teams with budgets 3,4,5 times greater than us.

Plus the manager stated there had been a sickness throughout the squad that’s impacted the last two games.
Why don’t you go to the training ground on Monday and tell the manager and players what you think of them.

    Now that would take guts.

If you pull someone's shirt, no matter how much it impedes a player, outside of the box, a foul is awarded and a yellow card, as per the rules, should be awarded.
Same rules for both in and out of the box.

I’m still for the principle of VAR, but I agree it’s largely being applied by useless idiots in Scotland and I’m pretty sure having the cheapo version isn’t helping that.
However, as a more general point, I don’t think the image of VAR is being helped by the actual current rules of football. Take offside for example. It should be a simple black and white decision, but people are still moaning about an offside being given because someone is a bawhair offside. Simple. Change the rule to there having to be clear daylight between the players. This also gives the benefit of the doubt to the attacking player which can only be good for the game.
The handball rule is another minefield. Some of the rules relating to that are are absolute joke, but I’m less clear on how to resolve that one.
My biggest issue with VAR now is the ridiculous increase in the number of red cards which is completely ruining games as a spectacle. I would stop the use of VAR for giving retrospective red cards. It’s way to subjective and the severity of a challenge is far too easily manipulated by the use of TV, especially slo mo. I would keep it though for overturning incorrect red card decisions by the ref.
Finally, and finishing on a positive, my favourite thing about VAR is the giving of penalties for shirt pulling in the box. The refs eyes can’t be everywhere and shirt pulling is a pet hate of mine, or should I say the getting away with shirt pulling is a pet hate of mine. Simple message to players, if you pull someone’s shirt in the box, you’re giving away a penalty, so don’t f**king do it!

    The ones that I know.
When they saw Mandron's shirt pull v Dundee on TV, they agreed it was a daft and obvious foul.
It was exactly the same incident as midweek.
That's the rule these days, whether we like it or not.

Only because the green bigots can't get away with biased refs ignoring incidents that don't favour them, that they'd have got away with pre-VAR.

Well I was grateful to the "pedestrian" O'Hara who was the king of cool taking that penalty.
We deserved that draw even if some think we were lucky to achieve it.
Good teams work hard to create "luck" and right now, that's us.

On our penalty, my Hibby mate has swallowed the bait and believes his manager that there was a foul on the keeper and it was never a penalty.
    I've double checked.
We definitely scored from a penalty.
Oh... In the good old days it would never have been awarded, but there was a definite tug on the jersey and in this day and age, that's a stonewaller.

We also have subs who make a positive difference when they come on and all of our forwards have now scored goals at the top level.
With another proven goal scorer in Ayunga to come back, we're looking a far better prospect in this respect compared to last season.
