Who told Div about this sale,was it in confidence. What is the reason he decided to put it out there,sounds like it was inside knowledge. Not very clever,or maybe deliberate ?

Why all the fuss. The board will tell us IF anything is happening, why did Div think it was clever to spout something he was told ? Was it supposed to be confidential ? Was he asked to set hares running to see what the reaction would be?
