Fantastic performances/results recently and we`ve pulled ourselves right back into contention of staying up. The most pleasing aspect of last night for me was not on the pitch but OFF the pitch. The support of the fans for the team just now is nothing short of amazing. 800 up to Kirkcaldy last week[ compare that to about 250 united fans there last night for a team chasing 2nd place?] about 1100 away to Ayr recently too.
Whilst we will always disagree on the forum, when it comes to standing side by side on whatever day Saints play and cheering them on then no one can argue we haven`t played a part in this teams revival.
Last night the whole ground including main stand where I sit really got behind the team and drove them on. We could see them get deeper and deeper on the pitch but the energy and passion coming from the stands helped get them over the line. Contrast that to 6 months ago of moaning for more effort, passion and energy from those wearing the hallowed black n white stripes.
The commitment and effort from the team now is getting great recognition from the support, lets keep it positive from the stands, support in numbers, and get us into 8th by season end.
