  1. McShane actually took some responsibility and tried to make things happen by trying to thread a few passes through, hard to do when your opposition are camping on the edge of the box but he tried anyway.

Was a bit disappointed when he came off to be honest.

The whole team was under par yesterday so don’t really see the point in singling players out for criticism.

  2. Quite surprised, or am I, at the lack of belief that we are hot favourites to win this league.
We've been on, overall, great form for about a year.
The league is as weak as it's been for many a year.
We've a massive lead, even if the teams below win their games in hand.
Relax, enjoy the remaining games, celebrate being league champions and stop looking for problems that might, or might not, happen next season.
Just as we've done the last two transfer windows, we'll strengthen and be ready for the challenge of the top league.

First time I’ve seen you post something sensible.
  3. Anyone able to tell me any info about Liam Miller? Trying to sort out the Saints data for the Football Manager transfer window update and he seems to be the only person for the under-20s I'm missing (Robbie Leitch isn't there either but getting that sorted).

Any reason why Goalkeeper Stewart’s picture is that of Striker Stewart? I’m OCD when it comes to football manager.
  4. Disappointed the cups over for another year. Love a cup run.

Didn’t think we were too bad from middle to front but we all knew that was our strong suit. Individual errors have cost us. Stelios will hurt for that and will probably cost him his place in the side, that’s punishment enough for him. Shame because he’s held up well the last few games.

  5. Scott Fraser been ruled out for 3 months after going off injured the other night,  just as big a loss for United as Fyvie will be.  Can only be good news for us buddies.

That’s a massive blow for Utd coupled with the fact Fyvie is missing the rest of the season. Big fan of Scott Fraser, would be playing at a higher level if he wasn’t blighted by injury.

Talking to a Dundee Utd fan who reckons the biscuit tin will remain firmly shut in January and Thompson Jr is just trying to recoup his inheritance money that Thompson Sr invested in the club.
  6. Massive!! Massive three points!!!

Lacked composure in the first and allowed lads like Flood, Fraser and Stanton to control the game without too much damage. Skippy absolutely stranded up front.

Second half much better with Morgan taking the game by the scruff of the neck, could see he was getting in the mood by the latter part of the first half.

Happy with Mullen’s contribution, put himself about, ran his socks off and won us a few fouls which got us up the park. Clearly short of match fitness and sharpness but that’ll come with more game time under his belt.

No issue with Rae or McCoist’s punditry, fairly balanced I thought. I do take grievance with Sutton and Craigan making us out to be a one man team, even going as far to say that Utd had more match winners in their team when they have only one player high up the scoring charts and we have three????????????

    f**king yaldi!!
