Absolute balls, finally got back in to play after ages out, and i got taken in for minor surgery yesterday. Marked myself as declined on teamer will be a few weeks before i'm healed enough to play again.

Contracts don't end on the last day of the season. Contracts are for a fixed period, like july to july etc. Almost every footballer takes this time off to go on holiday, no team will really be signing players, only releasing players. Then there's a period of time for players and clubs to weigh up their options. Then and only then, will players start signing. Unfortunately we aren't a big enough club for us to be an automatic option, we can't throw money at players or clubs to get the best in. Finding the right player under the right circumstances to join us is going to take time. I appreciate everyone wants to get in to next season as soon as possible and forget about last season, but ring out the knickers and have some patience.

Osbourne is a great player, we have much better performances when he's in the team. If it was a result of him tackling someone, or he twisted something while sprinting, or if it was in training - sure you can class it as injury prone - but when its the result of a bad challenge from another team, its hardly his fault or f**king tommy craigs for that matter.

I'd like to see Plummer in front of the centre backs too. Our better performances this season were when we had goodwin or osbourne in a holding midfield role which frees up the likes of mclean and mcginn to push forward up the park.

Don't give yourselves a silly name like the supras etc. Just be the St Mirren Active group and get people involved in not only singing sections at the games and creating an atmosphere but getting people actively involved in things like raising money for our youth academy and things like that. Be active supporters to encourage people to take part in all things st mirren and our community.

i wasn't expecting a screen like that, i thought it was just gonna be something like motherwells. Im impressed. Although i do wish it was centered in the corner, its like when you go in to someones house and the tv can't be seen from every seat because its facing the wrong way - bugs the hell out of me. Could have had some boarding around it too for more advertising possibilities - but still, happy with that.
