  1. How is this being funded if we're skint?
  2. Got to say I think it's bad form to ask him to apologise for saying f*ck all.
  3. And what about the games where we haven't made any f*ckng chances?
  4. Well, due to the abject failure to address our defending and striking problems, I have my doubts as to whether he even belongs there.
  5. I'm not going to trawl through every post you ever made under your previous guise but, for example, you said you had been one of Danny's biggest critics for years and that he should have been sacked after we lost at home to Thistle in August, and if the BoD had signed another manager then we would have been in a far better position. PS you also said that we will finish higher this year than we did in any year under Lennon. Let's see how that works out eh?
  6. Ah, the mythical imminent sale of the club. Contracts to be signed in Brigadoon, while sailing on the Marie Celeste throwing bread out for Nessie.
  7. Sorry DG, but I don't agree. He went sliding in with his studs up. Reckless and dangerous and clearly against the rules of the game.
  8. The most telling sentence in the Herald article is "It is a particularly damning statistic that St Mirren are the only team from the eight divisions of senior British football yet to record a clean sheet this season.". Yet TC only talks about our inability to score goals.
  9. You slagged off Lennon last season, suggesting his record was atrocious compared to your man Gus. Now its a great record? Double standards, methinks.
  10. They've got a reasonable case for the costs to be picked up by Peterhead.
  11. Well, the shareholders have the right to ask direct questions of any Board member. Don't let SG hog the floor if you want another one to speak.
  12. It was definitely time for a change, but the way it was handled was atrocious. And there were plenty on here hounding him - 'fan power' certainly had an effect on the BoDs decision. Wish it would do so now!
  13. I'll be coming over for the Fakes game - although that may be reconsidered after Saturday. I was going to come over for this one too, but I'm giving it a miss.
  14. Major title? What was that again? Ah I see what you've done.
  15. Not sure how the system works, but if the referee took action at the time (he booked Boyd and Miller) does that not mean the CO can't intervene?
  16. I don't think anyone could argue that, over the piece, the BoD have done a great job for the club. In fact, they probably saved us from oblivion. However, since they made it clear that they want out, there has been a serious downward spiral (League Cup joy aside). They seem to have lost all drive and ambition - not surprising, after such a long time in the job - and are probably disillusioned at not being able to sell the club, despite having brought it to a relatively stable position - no debt, nice new ground, great training facilities, etc. That's where the current problems begin. We need the BoD to be ambitious, to want to drive the club forwards. If they don't want to do it, then they need to cut their losses and stop holding out for what now seems as an unrealistic price. Let someone else take the reins, because the club is dying on its feet. You think the price being offered is not enough now? Wait till we're relegated and see what's on the table then.
  17. Know anyone who can hack into the scoreboard? They could put up "Tommy, Tommy get tae f*ck!" for all to see.
  18. People have said previously on here that Stewart Gilmour reads the forum. If that's the case, let him come out and tell us what's going on at the club. What's our strategy for getting out of the current mess? What are they going to do about the obvious mass discontent among the fans? That'll do for starters.
  19. We need a manager with experience of digging teams out of holes. That's not something that TC or any other 'candidate' currently at the club has. Gary Locke might be a shout -he almost worked a miracle at the Jambos last year.
