  1. Meh. From the West stand, I couldn't see the Hearts penalty incident. Poor first half from us but the wind spoiled it for both teams. Wouldn't have replace Kwon at half time. Taylor missing the target with a free header from 6 yards is unforgivable. Toyo scored a splendid goal. Couldn't see the McMenamin penalty incident but I had already lost patience with him by that point. Not a great day at the office but we have managed top 6 again, thanks to our fantastic start to the season. Well done to all in attendance today, great to see the stands full of buddies.

Agree with this...  thought Kiltie would have been subbed instead of Olusanya,  but would have took a point before kick off,  If we can do the business next week we'll be in great position to fight for 4th come the split.

    Olusanya was awful today.

  3. I thought we were poor today. We looked slow, very nervy on the ball at times and some of the passing was terrible. When we moved Fraser (who can't use his left foot) we looked more creative. I have been critical of McMenamin but he produced some great deliveries when he came on. I've not celebrated a goal like that in a long time. A massive 3 points 👍

    Agree 100%.

Also don’t want to be overly critical, but I think we are all potentially guilty of getting a wee bit misty eyed over Strain. He started the season (by that I mean literally the first handful of games) on top form taking up where he left off last season. However, let’s not forget that he did go off the boil to quite a large extent prior to his injury, including potentially costing us the game against Rangers by getting an incredibly amateurish sending off.
No question he’s a smashing player and if we’re guaranteed to get Ryan from last season, then get him straight back in, but like you say, Elvis is performing well enough, so I’ll trust Robbo to watch Strain in training and reintroduce him at the right time.

The formation that Robbo has set us up with since he came in, is much more effective with Strain in the side. I'm looking forward to a fit version of Strain returning, hopefully just at the right time.

Due to circumstances I was forced to follow today's game on BBC radio.

Well done to the lads. Sounds as if they all had a good game. Also, credit to the travelling fans. They must have surely enjoyed what they saw.

I think we should petition the BBC NOT to send Michael Stewart to any of our games from now on. Every report he sent was all about how poor Hibs were. He complained over and over about the penalty we got. We understood that he thought it was soft the FIRST time he mentioned it! Also, he stumbled over the names of our new players - clearly hadn't taken the time to check them out. Finally, on Mandron's goal, it was fully 25 seconds into his report before he told us which team had scored. Abysmal!

It was the same from the studio, hardly a mention of what was happening until at half time Rory Loy said it was wave after wave of St. Mirren attacks.

  6. Unfortunate that it didn't work out. He looked decent in his brief appearances. You would have to think that understandably, what is going on back home has had a major impact on his time with us. I have no idea how he did in training or what his attitude was like but I would have liked to see more of him.

I agree that we should persevere with Nahmani but Ayunga is a waste of a jersey. Mandron should be given a run. And they need to be given time to show what they can do. Robinson needs to stop chopping and changing from game to game. It's a sign of panic and does nothing to build any rapport or confidence in any of the strike partners.

    Agreed. Anywhere he fancies.

St Mirren 0-1 Kilmarnock, full time.

Can't be arsed going into much detail.

If we'd won that game 2 or 3 nil there wouldn't have been a lot of complaints.

While the manager, and the players, rightly, got plaudits early in the season he, and the players, have to take responsibility for our current plight.

What's the answer, I'll leave that to others.

PS While the "we need to stop punting it" cry gets regurgitated we certainly didn't do that more often than nought tonight.

    😂🤣😂🤣

Complete junk on the ref. I thought he was more than decent for his 2nd SPL match.

Looks a really good prospect. I noticed at the end that all the players shook his hand and appreciated his perfomance.

As for your lazy conveyor belt populist SFA bashing we have a number of really good young refs coming through. Quite encouraging, not that you will agree

🤣🤣🤣 He was dreadful for 95 minutes.
