Passed away this morning, for St Mirren fans of a certain age an absolute hero that today's players could only dream of becoming.

Really sad news but Frank has lost his battle with cancer and passed away this morning.
One of the all time great Saints. May he rest in peace.

Just in and fairly happy with the point even with their early red. Playing a well drilled spoiling Livvy side on that death trap of a pitch is always a tough gig. 
Strange game tonight. We only started playing when they went ahead. We were too ‘safe’ and slow when we had the man advantage. Had a horrible feeling that we were going to concede at the death. 
Amazed O’Hara wasn’t hooked earlier for Kiltie or Gogic,  like Ethan on Saturday. It was obvious to the whole saints end that he was heading for a second yellow. 
Brophy not squaring that ball to Main was criminal but he’s always taking pot shots from all over the shop so wasn’t completely surprised. I actually thought Brophy’s directness and movement made a real positive impact for us when he came on and he was excellent in the build up to our goal. 
Not a bad point and sitting 5th in the league with games in hand.
We are going in the right direction under Robinson heading into 2023. 

Ayunga bashing is growing pace amongst some of our fans. Seriously get off his back. We have a collective team winning games lets not single out players to give a kicking to.

Just thought it worth reiterating that we appear yet again to have found another top class keeper to replace our previous top class keepers that we were very disappointed to lose.
This lad has been absolutely superb for us and for me has been a wee bit unsung.
Keep it up Trevor!!

12 games in and 6 pens against us, and not even a sniff of 1 for us   
With 4 of them being hand ball, players need to learn to keep their hand down. 
Would also be nice if our keeper could get some lessons off Hladky on how to save them

Considering we were missing our best defender and our left back the squad was able to cope. I have to say I see a better mentality a winning mentality these days and a squad full of professionals playing with a real desire for the club. I’ve been a fan over 30 years and I can’t remember a squad as strong as this one

Doubt you were even at the match as the summation you gave could be taken by reading the forum posts.
You haven't a clue on strikers and consistently post this nonsense.
Main and Ayunga are a big part of the reason we are where we are in the league with Grieve really starting to look like he's fulfilling his potential also.

Not bad for someone who was written off in the first game as being "too lightweight". 
A superb signing.
The shine taken off his performance today by two incompetent tossers who deemed a tickle in the face with a balancing hand as a foul.
His part in that "goal" was outstanding.

Has proven to be another excellent signing.
Five clean sheets so far and some hugely impressive and important saves.
Good to see him proving quite a few people wrong.
Seems to be quite common trait amongst our support to write off a player on a couple of performances.

Ach, mostly agree with this. I though the first half was terrible, but the second half made up for it - three goals, a missed penalty and a sending off, plus the sweet late victory.

This is the sort of day when you begin to believe we will have a decent season. The game was murder to watch until we scored. I thought we were well off it and got sucked into a game dictated by Livingston. Referee was dire and bought every trick they brought and did nothing to protect our players. However, the goal, the missed penalty and then the winner so late in game was pure magic to watch. We don’t tend to get anything from these types of games . Tonight l am ecstatic.

Good win. I hate watching Livi play they suck the life out of games.
I thought the referee and lines men today we're shocking .
We were not at our best but to win when your not playing well is what we need to get that elusive top 6 and hopefully a European adventure. 

FFS what a great result, tell you what Flynn, Shaughnessy and Greive, not too shabby from the bench!

As things stand, hang onto this result and, well, been a while since we've been in this position.
Time the manager was punted. 

Last season, I described Curtis Main as the worst St Mirren player i've ever seen.
He brought nothing to the team.
Ran around like a headless chicken.
Couldn't/wouldn't jump. His jump was getting both feet off the ground then pull his knees up. His head got little further from the ground than if he was stood tall.
I found it bewildering that he wasn't got rid of in the summer. Stephen Robinson has done a magnificent job in changing my mind, he's getting loads out of him, clearly knew there was a player in there & we are starting to see him.
Not a bad jump on Sunday to set up that 2nd goal.
Curtis Main, delighted to say, you're doing great this season. Keep it up fella.

We were criticized for keeping our family stand for home fans rather than take easy money from both halfs of the old firm by giving them the stands behind both goals.
Had Celtic fans been behind both goals today, would we have managed that result?
I'm not sure.
We are trying to build a support for the present and secure a support for the future. 
Putting our own fans ahead of easy money at a financial cost.
It is exactly what a majority fan owned club has to do.
It is exactly what I wanted as I saw it as short term financial loss for long term gain at every level of the club.
Many of our own fans were no better though...

I supported the club's ambition. Brave, bold, at a cost but visionary.
I never gave up on Main as I saw how he played under Robinson before. The manager had faith in him. That was enough for me.
I kept faith in Robinson as I could see he was trying a radical overhaul! Sure, pre season was concerning... But as I said at the time, look at Fergies start at Saints and at Man Utd!  Change takes time, patience and support.

Not often I say anything nice about Kris Boyd, but fair play to him.
He’s making sure the emphasis is on how good we were rather than how poor Celtic were.
