Let's not get too full of ourselves. After all. We made top six mainly due to a total collapse of a team that appeared to be a shoe in for that berth 11 games ago. Livi went on a run of 2 in 10 to allow us to drift in. In that time we lost our home fortress claim and were beaten by a few "bottom six" teams. At best we were about the same quality as those clubs who failed to make it. It was a lottery.  We did have that very important win v Hearts so there is that. Until we manage to find a goal scorer we will always be in with a chance of a relegation battle.
I'll take this mediocre, meaningless finale any day though.

Well, all I say is we might miss what he might have done in the upcoming matches, but we certainly won’t miss what he’s done to date. 

I just wish all the BOD were pro -St Mirren  fans regardless if they work for Kibble or not, since we are doing ok on the pitch.

If it is true that 1 of the Kibble director is a Ranger fan, then i am shocked and amazed that had been allowed to happen. 
Surely the only people who should become directors of our club are saints fans.

Lack of players pool size might mean we can't do that.
FWIW, we have a group of players who by all account get on well together, so i don't think any player would go out intending to give less than usual. 

In Dunne's case, I would have been surprised if we offered a deal that would have satisified him.  He has been very poor with only a few good games for us
Main, maybe he can get a bit more elsewhere.  He has been good in our style of football this year, where we don't have  a single decent striker on the books and need to rely on backs-to-the-goal tactics to hold things up and see if pressure and mistakes yield the odd opportunity.
A good striker getting decent delivery would have easily displaced Main from the first team.  Curtis is the kind of player you sign when you can't set up your attack with proven scorers or wingers/wing backs
The absence nobody seems to mention is Erhahon, we have yet to replace his passing ability in the middle and I think this showed in recent games

Just hope that the players who are leaving don't down tools for fear of injury.
