I too go for many interviews, I do contract work so I change jobs once or twice a year on average, and I have actually been asked 'What animal would you be". I answered by asking what the point of the question was, neither interviewer could answer. I told them to get back to me when they could and left. I got a letter offering me the job a few days later, but I didn't take it up. Most interviews are pretty standard and in my experience all they hope to find out at that stage is what kind of person you are, they have of course already seen your CV and know what to expect in terms of knowledge and skills.
