Do the directors at all the other clubs in Scotland not have to obide by the same laws and regulations in Scotland? 
Oh they do, so why is it our group is treated so differently from every other supporter group in the country?

Demand for season tickets will rise for season 2018/2019.
We have gone from under 3000 to 3600 to 4447 average gates in the past three seasons and this rise looks set to continue even if results are more challenging in the top league as
Away teams will bring more fans and lack of segregation facilities mean that the North Stand will be for Away Fans only, As an estimate we are likely to average around 750-1000 away fans.
The singing section in W7 has been a success in my opinion. We can make sure this remains and there is no over spill into the West Stand when the biggest away supports come.
I will be buying a Senior, Student and 2 Adult Season Tickets whereas this past season I bought only 1 Season Ticket and the others came along on a pay per game basis.
The Solution is simple and in the hands of the Home Support. Lets just buy out the tickets for the Main Stand and West Stand - Approximately 4500 I think and "Continue On Our Way!"
Deals for the family stand should continue to be very attractive and guest tickets issued to schools and clubs.
Or can you think of other ways to ensure we keep the away fans in the North Stand only without the club losing opportunities to bring in money? 
 
 
 

Go and get him! Perfect player to replace the void left by Mallan/Morgan. Experienced at Premier level and should probably be playing at an even higher level but for some reason no bigger clubs have taken a chance on him. He must be looking for a fresh challenge and we are now in a position to offer a decent wage. I think he could be the first major piece of our premier team jigsaw. Big Donati will possibly be a coach next year and can coax him to Paisley.

Pretty much my thoughts David.
He was originally a CM but Davie Longwell put him out wide in the Under 20s.
I dont think hes fully utilised out wide although he does a very good job there.
He has a natural tendency to want to take a man on and get in behind defences and most definetly doesnt mind a tackle.
So for me putting him central makes us  stronger.
Nothing against McShane but i think as a team with Kyle in his place in  the middle we are a better team.

Could young Kyle be our answer to the shouts for a tough tackling midfielder?
 
I remember people saying his natural position is central midfield and will maybe fill in the coming weeks should McGinn and McShane get injured or suspended.
 
Injured both McMullen and Flood last night so obviously not shy in the tackle.
 
Loved that interception in front of West Bank with minutes to go when he charged in and kicked the ball into touch preventing a United attack. Got the West bank on their feet.

What a fecking weird team we are, great opening day result then crap against our rivals not much better against an amateur team Tuesday night then we come out and pump an in form livi away from home with ten men. I guess that is why we follow the buddies!

And the flopping on the deck was also after Morgan's lung-busting, carrying the ball down the field then diagonally  across before releasing it.  He stayed, standing ready for more action, till his efforts were rewarded and he could momentarily relax in exaltation.

Find it incredible that after going to a difficult venue and putting in a respectable performance there are people determined to find someone to have a go at.  Yes, it wasn't the best pass from Stevie Mallan that led to the equaliser, but if it had found it's target we could be salivating over a fantastic pass leading to a great goal.  Don't notice too many people having a go over poor decisions from Stephen McGinn leading to the second and third Celtic goals and quite rightly so, we were beaten by a better team with better players and we made them work for it. Let's celebrate what we done well instead of always looking for negatives.  I'm disappointed to lose, of course I am, but proud of my teams performance and looking forward to Kirkaldy on Wednesday night.

To be fair this is a match day thread about Ayr United away....so based on that we have a right to feel buoyed by a massive result we desperately needed. Now we can turn our attention to the Hibs at home match day thread and talk about the fact our situation is still very precarious [emoji106]

Fickle or what?

I've made this point so many time and it's still the case. Mallan is far more effective in a 5 man midfield than a 4 man midfield. We seen that in Dundee last week when he gave a MOTM performance and was involved in both our goals. Two players playing behind him (Magennis and Storie in this case) allowed him to get forward and play his natural game. It shouldn't have surprised anyone that he had a less effective game yesterday when he went back to playing in a 4 man midfield.

Indeed before yesterday he had been involved in each of our last 4 goals. The kids numbers are unreal when it comes to goals and assists from midfield. This is why he's attracting 6 figure bids from down south.

Like McLean and McGinn before him though, he'll get stick while he's here and lamented when he leaves. Funny old game.

Irvine doesn't have the legs to be an effective modern full back ('modern' in the context of being able to drive forward whilst being pacy enough to track back without falling on your arse).
I'd not be thrilled at the prospect of Naismith leaving just now to join County, and Irvine swapping to the right side. Ideally, we'd be holding onto Jason and bringing in a new left back having put Stewart out on loan. Naismith isn't a stellar defender, by any means, but at least he has a bit of presence,and can get forward with effect from time to time.

Yeah it's easy to say we can't move up the table based on good performances alone...but it keeps the belief we are heading in the right direction. We played some great stuff at times today and created 3 or 4 great chances. Obviously one of the reasons we are where we are is losing soft goals and you could easily put those two today in that category. The only gripe I have is changing the shape when Quinn goes off. Magennis and Mallan have to play further forward simple as that..Clarkson imo has no place in the team especially in the kind of number 10 role he is put in..i think the young boy from Aberdeen whos coming in might turn out to be a good idea whether hes cover for Quinn or good enough to start. Hopefully the fans turn out next Saturday and we get rewarded with 3 points against them lol..
