  1. Then surely his inability to respond dealt with the issue. Everyone would read it as the allegation being untrue. No need to ban anyone as the issue was resolved. I have someone slabbering shite about me on a daily basis....the latest was some bollox about someone speaking to a suit at the club who says I am a pain in the arse. That one is amusing to me on a number of levels.....firstly it was an alleged opinion from a tie wearing wanker at the club and secondly it is very likely that the "suits" might well be annoyed with me.....I called their scaremongers as shite and was proven correct. If they don't like that f"k them and their pay-off. There was no need to challenge anyone at the club or the poster - cannae even mind who it was....no need to report it and certainly no need to concern myself with damage to my reputation. I'm a St Mirren fan, nothing more....I pay a few quid to go to games and am known to get pished at some games ant worry too much about making a bawz of myself whether it be online or offline. At what point did B&WArmy members start becoming concerned about damage to their "reputations" furfuxake. Its an unofishal forum and exists to provide a bit of pre- and post-match fun for St Mirren daft nutters. All the "reputation" bollox started when it started to be used as a vehicle for 10000 hrs. They've got their own site now. If they don't like the light hearted discussion on an unofishal forum then they shouldn't read it. Same as any other thread.
  2. We're sort of in agreement.....it is the nature of the engagement with fans that has been the issue. Assuming that assumptions about the engagement with community groups, corporate targets, social funders, etc has actually been any better. Remember that hasn't been a rip roaring success either - in fact their only success appears to have been with the fans despite the poor communication.
  3. No complaints on the perthshire aliases. I do think you should take a wee bit of time to consider "Charles" - dunno why you have chosen to use his real name, if this is his real name. Part of the fun of the forum is anonymity and if you intend to start blowing peoples aliases out of the water whenever it suits you it will remove part of the fun of an unofficial forum. If anything your response to an alias called DickSlexia is over the top. Nobody was paying any attention to it. I never even noticed it until pozbaird spat the dummy out about it. It will now be one of the most talked about topics offline. Dunno why anyone would react to a poster called "Dickslexia" as being a serious slander on them. Like I say everyone is concerned about what is going on with 10000 hrs one way or another and frustrations and emotions are running high, hence statements like "I take great offence to that". There is no offence intended and I suspect you will know that if you consider it for all of two seconds.
  4. Not early on....they did quite a bit of work with initial engagement with supporters associations, supporters buses, selected fans and then at public meetings. At that point they were apparently also involved with numerous community groups and of course the corporate members...... The social funders didn't come to fruition....it was the last the supporters buses heard from them....SMiSA famously complained about being left without responses to their concerns for months, which they duly got an apology for.......the community groups have all but disappeared from communication regarding the CIC and the corporate members turned their backs on it when asked to pay £25K. We have never seen any of the social funders attend a meeting.....no corporate supporter has broken cover - commercial confidentiality......it looks like a house of cards built on scaremongering fans into direct debits and worse £3K for a 1987 membership. Beyond that I see no substance or financial backing for the scheme.
  5. Always going to be the case really. I think you have to enjoy it for what it is. If you go back to 4 or 5 years ago and were told of a situation were scumgers got booted to the 3rd division for cheating you'd have been forgiven for thinking the chap proposing such a scenario was aff his heid. Sadly, the joyousness of such a scenario is dampened by the sad reality that they will be back in no time at all in football terms and if we thought grotna was sickening scumgers progress up the leagues is going to be a helluva lot worse. Not so sure I fancy getting them in the cup either.
  6. Does he shave your butt cheeks while you're on all fours?
  7. Personal squabbles and St Mirren fans getting banned from THE FANS forum......supporters haven't caused this, it is the selling consortium and 10000 hrs. And still no argument being made in defence of the the scheme. The issue is not how fans are treating each other...the issue is how the selling consortium and 10000 hrs are treating the fans. The frustrations on both side of the selling consortium / 10000 hrs created divide are getting higher as peoples concerns are not being addressed - that applies to fans that have signed up as well as fans that haven't. We are all fans and all concerned about the future of the club. There will be fans that let their frustrations get the better of them. I don't think isolating them from the debate does fan unity any favours. Making the 10000 hrs Q&A on the fishal site read only was also an own goal. The last communications from 10000 hrs have been scaremongering about administration and redundancies straight after scaremongering about foreign bidders to try and ramp up the dd mandates. SInce then we've had an update that failed to register an apology to the fans that were concerned by the level of scaremongering not to mention the fact that many fans feel they were actively misled by the selling consortium and 10000 hrs. Fans are still concerned about the level of funding available to support the club, but nothing is said in defence of that. That is hardly providing any comfort or relief for fans genuinely concerned about the future of their club. I remember when the CIC was supposed to be all about the fans and the community and growing SMFC. Now it appears to be a power grab with the fans being the last consideration on the minds of 10000 hrs. This site has a long and proud history of speaking out when the fishal site was trying to gag any negativity towards the SMFC Boardroom. Are we starting to see B&WArmy become the fishal site for the 10000 hrs Boardroom? Pozbaird is a ginger - I'm sure he's had worse than a lightweight accusation about "lining his pockets". Give a fellow St Mirren supporter a one week ban and explain why the comment was unacceptable....if he comes back again and repeats the allegation then ban him......from the follow up it looks like no one is taking it seriously...no harm done. Even even keeled supporters like NorthEndSaint are starting to become frazzled by the 10000 hrs bollox. Better everyone is allowed to vent online within reason. I said it a long time ago...the fans need leadership at this point and all they have is silence - it was the same when SG refused to comment on scumgers...when he did it was met with great applause....sadly we were soon to discover the reality behind the silence.....what reality lurks behind the silence of 10000 hrs. I'm very concerned about what 10000 hrs could do to the club. Others will be the same. Attacking people for having concerns about their club......not the type of leadership I am looking for from 10000 hrs.
  8. Not an ex-porker as far as I'm aware.....however he is a foreign worker taking British jobs so I'm guessing you'll have your EDL mob on his case.
  9. Saw him in training yesterday morning....did quite a few pasa dobles and a cheeky wee tango before putting in a great cross.
  10. Cnut you stole my punchline......we've gone from £750K grant money + another 5 or 6 social investors to Bii, the social enterprise equivalent of Shopacheck.
  11. Or you could try and convince us that our concerns are wrong. It's been some months since we've seen any poster...fishal 10000 hrs online marketing team or not actually present any positives in relation to the CIC. The one single positive was the response of the fans to the scaremongering.....problem is the scaremongering has turned out to be just that...scaremongering. The entire pitch of this bollox was supposed to be taking the club forward....the selling consortium had run out of ideas.......we now have an underfunded scheme that by its own admission cannot take the club forward for around 10 years - that was before the commercial / corporate plans fell on their arse. The new blood to take the club forward are already on the SMFC Board or have been in the past. The transaction itself is about a pay off for the selling consortium and a group from Ayrshire plus a couple of token Buds taking control of the club. All the people concerned are already at the club. All the fans that have offered assistance to the club have offered assistance to the club in the past. Fans are being asked to pay off £1.5Million + worth of debt...spending that would probably have gone directly to the club. There is no pay-off for fans here. What does concern is going to be the ability of the Ayrshire Group and its allies to maintain SMFC.....their record to date has not been inspiring. If I put a car in the garage three times and it didn't get fixed...I'd be binning the garage. If I had a plumber round to sort my central heating and it was still broke the plumber would be dumped. If I invested cash with a financial advisor and lost money three times I'd smash his f'k'n windaes. At what point is someone going to question the Ayrshire Groups credentials after three failed attempts to raise funding for this scheme. There is no foul if they fail to close the deal with SMFC; however if they fail with their business plan once they take control of the club SMFC does not get another three goes to get it right.
  12. Much to the distress of your horse.
  13. Must be a lot of right good drugs in that black case.....he holds onto it like there's a billion pounds in cash in it.
  14. You posted that a St Mirren fan was trying to create a division where none exists. The St Mirren fan in question has not created any division, he is responding to a division that has been created by the selling consortium and 10000 hrs. You may not like the posts; however it is your failure to respond to points made that is tedious. Although this is not untypical of the 10000 hrs online marketing team. If you disagree that the catalyst for the uncertainty of the club's future is the 52% control of the club being sold then let's here from you. Instead you post shite like "you have now become the most tediuos poster on B&W" without actually presenting any defence of 10000 hrs and its failed thrice business plans. You will find that it is your pointless posts that are made based on an empty-headed agenda of thoughtless support for 10000 hrs, which you clearly haven't a clue about. The floor is yours....explain how 10000 hrs have united the support through the presentation of their detailed business plan for the club. Explain how 10000 hrs have sourced the levels of social funding they once boasted about. Explain how 10000 hrs have attracted support from the commercial / corporate community. And explain how 10000 hrs is delivering genuine fan empowerment. If I could do that I would be shouting the loudest of anyone about it, just as I did when I had CIC Phase 1 sold to me and was gullible enough to believe all the bollox about the social funding and the corporate investors all being in place.
  15. Nonsense Vambo57. I can't even remember the number of original funders...mainly because we were never told who they were. We were told that one key bidder was putting in £750K that was in grant form, but that there were another 5 or 6 funders providing loans - not grants. Now it one social bank providing a £500K loan. What is made up about that Vambo57? 6 or 7 social funders is now down to a single social bank. Why are people so keen to be dismissive of basic facts. It is time to look at the detail of this and stop just repeating the spin from 10000 hrs. 6 or 7 social funders decided the CIC wouldn't work. That is the bottom line. Now with plan B, a pipeline of a significant number of corporate organisations have decided the new version of the CIC won't work. Time for a reality check on what we actually know about this bid.
  16. They are not 10000 hrs. 10000 hrs are a group from Ayrshire who are using fans money to buy the club. Initially their plan was to use mainly social funding in the form of a grant backed by 350 fans at a tenner a month...community groups at £500-a-year and then corporate backers at £10,000-a-year. Fans were bit part players along with the community groups and 10000 hrs were a seperate overarcing Board with full financial control of the club. First the social funders decided the business plan was dodgy and ditched 10000 hrs. The plan changed and GLS appeared on the scene with a "donation" scam. The scam at that point was to leverage "conditions" from Bii to ensure 10000 hrs retained control of the club, with GLS getting his share of the power. The commercial / corporate investment failed. Now you have fans completely funding the scheme, and yet still fans are the least powerful group in the scheme. 10000 hrs are not the fans investing in it. 10000 hrs are the people using "conditions" of their social banker Bii to take control of the club. As for creating divisions in the support....somner9 didn't create the 52% shareholding, nor has he swallowed all the bollox marketing blah-blah or scaremongering being put out by the Ayrshire Group and their online marketing team. Phase 1 was a half decent plan based on an inward investment of £750K from the social funder. We were told it was a done deal...we even had all the shite about checking texts / email at the public meeting. Since then it has been a desperate scramble to try and gain control of our club by any means possible. This has included scaremongering about foreign bidders and worse trying to support newco back into the SPL. Mildly amusing that St Mirren fans accuse other St Mirren fans of trying to be divisive when a MINORITY of St Mirren fans are trying to deliver control of our club to non-St Mirren fans that have scaremongered ALL fans and employees of the club, and who went completely against fans wishes to try and support the newco to at best sate its social banker. Selling consortium = divisive 10000 hrs = divisive Time for supporters to be unified. That is not what 10000 hrs is offering. 10000 hrs talked about growing the club...now it won't even bother its arse to explain how it will be able to afford to run the club, never mind grow it. The numbers don't work....three attempts at raising the finances haven't worked.....none of the REA initiatives appear to have worked. The constitution is a bag of shite from a supporters perspective and not too clever from the club's perspective. The business plan to date has been about raising enough money to buy the club and never got beyond that point - the business plan has failed to deliver anywhere near its required targets three times now. At the moment that matters not a f"k as it is nothing more than a fanciful idea. If this deal goes ahead the club will be depending on these jokers delivering a salient business plan. Failure to deliver on their business plans - which don't even appear to exist as yet will very likely mean the end of SMFC. That's not being divisive, that is being a supporter concerned about the future of our club.
  17. The CIC is already underfunded with huge dependencies on "CIC initiatives". Fans monthly investments are already being robbed to make up for the failure to attract capital investment from the commercial / corporate sectors. 10000 hrs and their financers Bii already put the deal on hold because of concerns they have about not being able to manage cashflow issues. It will be too late to cancel direct debits - doing that will have an impact on the club as well as the CIC although we've all heard the throwaway marketing blah-blah response to that concern. I suspect you already know what will happen when the finances don't add up. Bii conditions on SMFC as well as GLS conditions on SMFC for his "donation" are a pretty big hint. Cancelling direct debits could be viewed as a win-win for 10000 hrs.
  18. No communication full stop. The only contract between fans and 10000 hrs is for them to take money out of the account. There has been no effort made to change that. I've seen pyramid schemes that offer more information. In fact some dafty from London was on the phone to me earlier trying to sell me fine wine as a commmodity investment....even he was prepared to send me information. Even double glazing salesmen produce a contract of sorts with a cooling off period. St Mirren fans have been given nothing but marketing documents, blah-blah and scaremongering. This all has the feel of Murray using the latest finance fad of ramping up debt as a gamble to success and pitching it to Ayr United who told him to get ti f"k. Now we have another financial wizzkid putting forward failed version number three of how a CIC can be financed to take over a club. It's a gamble and he doesn't even know if it will work. It's a gamble that will have very little impact if any on REA & Co if it fails. All the risk sits with SMFC and its future generations of supporters. Advice was given in our own club programme that fans should seek all the information they can and be absolutely certain of the gamble they are taking on behalf of SMFC and their fellow fans. Based on the information that is currently available there is no way we should be gambling the future of our club.
  19. JD Sports in Breahead don't appear to be carrying much stock this year?
  20. kunta kinte must be worth 50p each way.
  21. Mibbae this is what they're on about with the 10000 hrs thing.....that's how close they will actually get to meeting a deadline.
  22. Its a burst baw.....SG is only keeping REA around to keep the selling price up for serious bidders who don't actually exist. Anyone that has a dd mandate in should be telling 10000 hrs to put it on hold until we actually get details of the funding available. The danger is that the selling consortium grab what they can from 10000 hrs and leave the club in the shitter.
  23. Stu, there have been no checks and balances on 10000 hrs or their constitution. I had to carry out a virtual toe nail removal on 10000 hrs for them to admit that they (the ayrshire jokers) would have majority control of SMFC. They would also have complete control of the 10000 hrs BoD and who can go on it. However, the catalyst that has allowed the club to get itself into this mess is the creation of a 52% shareholding being up for sale. Your argument about 10000 hrs being a lesser evil does not work. All we can say at the moment is that 10000 hrs is underfunded, backed the newco after slating KMG with allegations for the same thing, zero attempts to engage with fans to draft / amend the constitution despite having three years in which to do it, failure to sell their ideas to the commercial / corporate community, the political community and shafting the community community when they no longer became important......and lets not forget that multiple funding organisations all decided 10000 hrs business plan was shite. A traditional takeover is an unknown; however that cannot be used to hide the utter bawlz up that is 10000 hrs.
  24. Yes he will.....the interim SMFC Board will be made up of three ayrshire jokers + GLS & Tony F. He will effectively have majority control of the club. The supporters will have zero influence whatsoever. REA will be in complete control of everything at the club.
