No mate I didn't make the game as I had to fly back home as the match kicked off. When I flew over the stadium at 3pm in sheeting rain I felt for the Buddies down below.Dani, I don’t know if you were at the game today, but if you weren’t, don’t listen to the 3 or 4 nuggets on here who said we played badly. We didn’t.
The point is at this stage of the season it doesn't matter how we win and negative views on a victory are strange to say the least. I want St Mirren to play exciting expansive football but I'm not going to get hamstrung about winning ugly. Hope you had a great night out on the town celebrating after the game bud.[emoji469] -
3 points is all that mattered today and it puts a bit more pressure on Dundee and Hamilton. It made my day and I don't care less about how it was achieved.

I love the way we get the ball from front to back. It puts the opposition defence under pressure and pulls their defenders out of position. Thought our tactics were excellent today.

Got to say I was impressed with the High Street in Paisley this weekend. Lots of stuff going on and opportunities for local shops to get involved. One shop in particular has relocated to the High Street from St Mirren Street and I wish them all the best. I was very impressed with the town on my wee visit[emoji469]

That was dire tonight and playing against a poor side we showed nothing. Only positive was Willock who looked a lot more impressive than Stephen McGinn. Fear for us on Saturday.

Lack of leadership and our midfield is powder puff. Flynn Edwards and I hate saying it Mcginn are out of their depth at this level. Only young McPherson put a shift and is probably on half the money than the other 3. Jackson was really the only bright spot. Hamill never really got a chance as he was injured early in the game. But schoolboy mistakes every week is costing us points. Certain players need to shape up our move aside. But I think OK will already know that. Keep the faith. Coys.
Totally agree with some of your points but I still think McGinn can up his game. He needs to as our captain and midfield engine but he's well off the pace at the moment. -
As a wee aside to going to watch us yesterday as I was walking up to the pay gate I bumped into an old mate who gave me the equivalent of a lift over in the form of a comp. You're a gent Cambo.

Aberdeen were quicker and sharper than us and that's the difference between the teams. Our midfield is over run and questions are being asked about our captain Stephen McGinn. I thought he was below par yesterday and when replaced by Cammy we had a bit more energy about us. I genuinely wonder if our poor form is about our key players not being up to the requirements of this league?

That's the fridge out of beer and champagne so it's pub time. So happy to be a buddie. Tickets are bought for Falkirk after a lot of palaver and I can carry on this celebration in Paisley in two weeks time.[emoji481][emoji469]

Saints will win and I'm sure it'll be done in the way our season has panned out. Bounced back after any defeat and I hope we gub Livi in the same way they horsed us 4-1. 4-1 to the Paisley St Mirren champions of Scottish football Championship league. C'mon Tae f**k Saints heal my hurt of all the pain you've gave me.

I've actually made it to Dundee and thank feck as the ferry back home is delayed. Try to make it over to Paisley tomorrow for a few beers[emoji961]️[emoji482]Got a cruise out of it. (Anyone on iceberg watch)

Looks like a ferry back up the road tonight. Still stuck in a departure lounge at the moment. You'll be lucky to get to Dundee mate, roads closed all around the area, main A90 is passable, but, due to drifting, is very dangerous.

Nearby Saint?
I’ve heard there’s a guy in Arbroath who will happily make the short trip into Dundee and buy drinks for fellow Saints fans . Can’t remember his name though ?
