  1. Best Christmas present ever... Man chefs apron with detachable all weather hood and pockets galore! Enjoy your Christmas dinner and sorry about the reflux!
  2. Folks are questioning why we offloaded the sublime talent that is Harkins. Yet how shite was he with us? I am not prepared to judge Ball or Caldwell on what has passed as they were on a hiding to nothing playing up front for Craigs team. Too early to cut loose potential.
  3. Makes sense. What an absolutely horrendous situation to be in. How many of us have had that dream where we turn into Superman and save the day? How far removed from that dream can a reality get? I had silently wondered... but what could they have done?
  4. I was a great admirer of Locke and the job he did at Hearts... not just in an Ally galvanising sort of way... but tactically too. They had a great shape and discipline. That said... I'm not sure there more of a diference between him and Teale other than several months experience... ..
  5. Junior Supporters Club... or My old man. Can't remember. If it was the latter he'd have been pissed but that was allowed back then!
  6. I'd happily go with Ball or Caldwell as long as we gave them support and a supply of the ball in dangerous areas.
  7. I was there... scary stuff at times. Still have the programme too.
  8. Having watched the highlights... Care to comment further, apologise, or explain your performance Mr Muir? Blinkers indeed.
  9. No he wasn't! I clearly saw him running around too!
  10. At least Gary Teale has implemented a few changes to our play in a very short time. Whilst Tommy Craig was bemoaning the fact that he couldn't understand why we were losing when we were doing the exact same things in training that we were doing in the run up to the cup win... and this despite the fact he was appointed to take us in "a new direction"... he changed nothing... tried nothing new... and as much as he may have been respected as a coach... those coaching techniques were obviously very rigid. Teale had us try something different at corners... leading to McLean's "goal"! He was articulate post match, and seemed to get a response from the players. Those advocating Locke... I really don't see a lot of difference between Locke and Teale in terms of potential... half a season's experience, that's all.
  11. Honestly? Oh dear... I hate it when stories get out tgat trash care in the community and independent living. I guess sometimes it just isn't safe. ;)
  12. If he's buying, I'll be his carer for the duration of the coffee!
  13. Geeeez.... I think I've found a new place to shove Lens Lens!!!!!!
  14. Waldorf... 200 is not an "elite" but a different source of income. It is financial suicide to ignore obvious income streams... the question is how to maximise it!
  15. The big plus is that this shows the appetite and potential custom for a prematch meeting place at the ground. Surely once this has passed and been marked a success a concerted effort must be made to kit out the main stand for the fans?
  16. Cheers. .. saves me having to talk to him again.
  17. Bring back Sergie Baltatcha so we can apologise and admire his skill. Bobby Dawson too... both now officially "world class in comparison"!
  18. Which brings me back to my original tongue in cheek question... What if the next referendum question is "Should Scotland remain in the UK?" You will have spent a decade campaigning for the other side! Makes me chuckle... I forgot the lack of humour on the Yes side tho... sorry I mentioned it.
  19. I just think that Yes was an old campaign that failed. If folks passionately believe in independence for Scotland fsir enough... but surely it should be a pro-independence or SNP campaign as Yes is irrelevant now.
  20. I don't doubt for a minute it will happen Drew.
