  1. They get a lot of business from the campsite across the river, popular with hillwalkers too, a real shame if it goes
  2. But then half the candidates would have names like "I. P. Freely" and "Hugh Jars" which would be embarrassing. Easiest way is to stop them running.
  3. Somner, if the "Steering Committee" as Dave J calls them wasn't there, every Morton-supporting ned in Greenock would put themselves forward for a laugh. It would be a farce.
  4. Isn't big Campbell Kennedy still doing it?
  5. Not entirely sure what point you're trying to make here. When I joined the forum you were an immature, attention-seeking fanny, recently I thought you'd mellowed but I guess that must have been coincidental 'cause as soon as things don't go your way you're at it again. Kinda like Neil Lennon in that respect.
  6. Hope Div's new servers are up for challenge 'cause this place is gonna go into meltdown tonight...
  7. Looking forward to the sequel: Revenge of the Fifth.
  8. My ignore list gets longer by the day :(

Yes Ross, we seem to have contracted an infestation of halfwits over the last day or two!

  9. I'm looking forward to hearing what the "sanctions" imposed by the Rangers fans are going to be, should be a laugh. I reckon we'll get a mention after the 5% scenario.
  10. http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/rangers/305041-sandy-jardine-rangers-supporters-will-take-sanctions-against-other-clubs/ Rangers too big to be punished. Nobody knew bills weren't being paid. Other clubs will face "sanctions" by supporters. Right ye are, Sandy. Meanwhile, back on planet Earth...
  11. Funnily enough I signed him on FM. He's been very good. If it were true, he and Robertson direct replacements for Shuggie and Thomson respectively, I'd imagine?
  12. A tad optimistic? I do admit, through gritted teeth, that it looks quite nice. Shame we'll never get to see it. Edit: here's a less fuzzy photo
  13. Aren't we a happy bunch tonight?

Theres still another 4 years left at 20+ years ya gumshie. You'll just need tae wait

  14. I also laughed. I do think Maude should resign though, it was an incredibly stupid thing to say, almost as stupid as what that woman did. Also this:
  15. No strike over Easter.
  16. Evidence of a flaw in the theory of evolution right there.
  17. More and more I'm beginning to wonder whether it's worth having a car at all. Apart from the cost of fuel, insurance, tax, MOT's, parts, services and repairs, so many people get disproportionally wound up behind the wheel of a car it makes driving in town and motorways a horrible experience. I live just outside quite a busy junction in Dennistoun and every other time the lights change during busy times, some idiot thinks he has time to go through the red light. Why can't they wait two minutes? What can be so important that they have to endanger the lives of themselves and whoever is just about to go through their green light? ETA: will bus companies be affected if the drivers go on strike?
  18. You know better than that, Shull. We'd go through managers quicker than Hibs, if St. Mirren fans were in charge.
  19. He was mentioned when Gus was booted too.
