lee mair or van zanten.
Your warmer than the first 3 names mentioned
-
My guess would be Danny Granger or Stuart Slater or Dougie Imrie or Gary Harkins
Plenty of shitty wee neds have left the club
Nope not any of them but feel free to keep trying
-
1st one wrong David but other 2 almost correct
-
I would rather not say, don't think it would be fair on him.

I'm only repeating what I was told today when talking about the saints, whether it be baws or accurate don't blame me I'm only passing on what I was told

Spoke to a former player today, he said that the main reason McPherson was let go, was that he had the balls to let cheesy go to QOTS, even he spotted cheesy wasn't good enough for this level. McPherson was allegedly told "that was the worst thing you could have done" and was subsequently sacked. So is cheesy being forced on managers? Or is he still in the team as we are that bloody stupid and got rid if all our other CH's?

According to Macausland on BBC before the game thommo is out for the season. So where will goals come from? Apparently gilmour offered to pay McFadean himself but Craig refused to take him. Well Mr Gilmour you have cash to pay a player?? Use it to pay another manager and stick Craig on gardening leave please

Not good enough today tommy has to go, last week he played McLean and McGinn in wrong position and this week he goes with one up front the whole game against the team bottom of the league.
-
Passing at times was poor, that aside good effort all round, putting in tackles which I was surprised at, fair play I would let him play again on Tuesday to see how he does again

Just looked at the league table and saw Hamilton have won 4 games already, I then looked back at our win record since we came back up. In 2 seasons we won 10 games the rest were 9 and 8 games. Now if anyone feels that we are not in the deep stuff already, then take your head out the clouds. No way Aberdeen and Motherwell will be down the bottom end come the seasons end, so that leaves the usual suspects killie thistle us Hamilton and Dundee,
Well Hamilton have a 13 point lead so far killie and Dundee have 10 point lead. Thistle have 7 so far and who will argue it won't be 10 by next sat morning. Ok people will say county are bad etc fair enough but no one wants 2nd bottom this year, not with rangers/hearts/hibs waiting.
Sorry for the long winded post but please tommy either leave or be sacked this week so my club still has a glimmer of hope

Big isma has just put them into Europa league

Love him or hate him we missed Goodwin out there, he anchors the mid field allowing McLean and McGinn to do what they do best. Both were pretty poor tonight however I believe once we gel we will be good to watch and will win more games than before in the top flight

According to pete o rourke from sky sports we are close to a deal with Adam,
I looked at his wiki page and says he is a 20 year old winger

Ha ha aye very good lol

According to Douglas McNeil on twitter thommo is out for 3/4 weeks with a groin strain

In our new manager we want someone with the following qualities
Knows the Scottish game inside out
Has played at a high level
Is good with the media
Has a good rapport with the fans
Cares about the Saint Mirren professional football club pte ltd co
Commands the respect of professional footballers
Is not a bumbling halfwit
Forum user's may I present Mr Steven Thompson!
Edited to add: Of course if we want someone with a Saint Mirren professional football club pte ltd co background that includes scoring a winning goal in a national cup final for our beloved team the we could also look at Ian Ferguson!!!!!!
You should attend more games before commenting on this

Dargo had a poor stint at saints of that there is no doubt, but this was due to a few things, his injury record was a nightmare, the fact that we were so bloody slow in building attacks, and the fact that he was played up front alone
I recall the final game if the season up in Inverness where dargo made a darting run looking for the ball, four passes later it was played to him, by this point he was coming back from an offside position as the caley defence eventually saw him, most of dargo's goals came from link up with dorman and quick build up play, unfortunately that type of football under Gus was a rarity

I'd be much happier seeing more of a 2 up front formation instead of 1 and 1 playing off him.
Not so sit of the flat 4-4-2 though. Maybe 4-1-3-2 or - diamond 4-1-2-1-2. Suppose it all depends in the personnel the gaffer has.
The return of Teale could see more of a 4-4-2 formation.
The diamond was the way to go for me today, play gowser behind the front 2, his preferred role, play newton narrow on right, he always comes into the middle anyway, Goodwin in his position and grainger whipping balls in from the left, did we get this nope not even bloody close, 1 up front and Campbell floating about, gowser and newton out of position for the umpteenth time this year,

Jason Scotland released by Hamilton for wanting more game time. He has a record of 11 goals in 34 games. Would he be worth a look at?
