Whats the saying win at home points away so he will definitely be more happier

Mackay will be far the happier with this point😔

D. L. D. D. L previous 5 not pretty viewing ......only team with no win to show.....
-
Our home form is not good, especially against teams in the bottom half who continue to come to "LOVE ST" and take away points.........really mustn't let that happen today

Wowwwww thanks HSS.....I guess it felt like hundreds as a 13 year old in that huge stadium..........mind you I also forgot how big a team we were then😂

My 1st and last game at Hampden was in Feb 68 where we won 1 - 4 in our league winning season the crowd from memory was in the hundreds.
A week or so later there was over 130000 watching Scotland V Engladshire in a 1-1 draw
I still reckon the atmosphere in our victory was equal to the drawn game 😂

Just catching up with this sad news, Hugh was most definitely an integral part of that championship winning team, I never realized that he and Bobby didn't get medals how bizarre is that different times but weird? in truth this is the team that I saw play more than any other they all to this day hold so many very special memories to me. Sadly another passes but in the annals of saints memorabilia they will never be forgotten as the champions and record setter they where and are. Condolences to the family God bless.

Although, I vaguely remember it not being black when I was at the Match.

Anybody got any pics of Love st from the Greenock rd entrance?
Walking along Murray st and seeing the entrance and entering from that end every home game was spine tingling going through the turnstile or (getting lifted over it) 😉 then climbing the stairs and seeing the stands and the pitch appear before your eyes was like taking a first breath.... absolutely glorious.
And on another point was having a wee laugh actually a big laugh at myself with my previous not so much on here about the teams strips re the traditional black and white
the penny dropped that during my hey day days of actually following the team from early 60's to 69 when we left to come to Nz most all the strips were mainly white with black trim or fine black pin stripes and wide white I think only once in that period since the cup win in 59 (when I was 5) did we actually wear the traditional kit 🤣
So long story short St Mirren will always be St Mirren whatever they wear we will follow.... we just may choose not buy the particular style that's worn 😂
