A moot point now as the whole corporate board stuff has been binned. It's now 1 member 1 vote whether you are a company putting in £10K or me paying £10/month. All votes equal the same.

Totally unbelievable! Someone who refuses to go to a meeting where it is all explained tries to rubbish what he thinks was proposed... You are wrong in your assumptions of what is being proposed. We are in agreement about a lot of things I can distinguish between people and concepts. And your 2nd paragraph is a crap arguement, there is nothing you can do about the OF, they exist and will whether you go or not. So much I could say on this, but quite frankly someone so immature and arrogant doesn't deserve any more of anyone's time or attention. Sorry but it says that the CiC provides an "avenue" for fans to have a place on the board. There is no guarantee there. You have misinterpreted the email once already. That's twice now

In actuality, what Somner9 is saying is not what 10000hrs have said will happen. There has been no constitution circulated, which I assume will be ratified by members, and therefore he is scaremongering. The very thing he accused me of last week! The asset lock and it's details will need to be written into the constitution which will need to be ratified by the members, so it is beneficial for the club in that way. Also, fan governance is a big plus as we will all (if we sign up) have a say in the running of the club. There will also continue to be no paid board members which is vital to the smooth running of the club, there will be no borrowing secured on the club's assets or borrowing that the club in itself will be accountable for. There is also a huge benefit for the community of Paisley and Renfrewshire generally as we'll have a load of charities and community groups coming together to be part of the process.

I feel you are getting somewhere with 10000hrs so I'll bow out and leave it to them. However just to clarify, the email I posted went to all 800 pledgers, not just me. Also, if you read it it says that fan representation on the board will not be the way the CiC goes. Fans will be on the board of the football club but not as representatives but as equally members of the board, with equal rights and equal responsibilities.

On this point, you have totally missed it! I quoted an email, you misinterpreted it. Tsu clarified it and said that was always the case, you said 'show me where it said that' 10000hrs showed you and you still don't accept it. There's not agreeing because you have a good case an then there's not agreeing just because you just don't and all your arguments have been answered. Sadly, you're the latter now.

And in 1 statement all of the credibility that Somner9 had worked hard to build up has gone! Another one bites the dust... The "Posse" are dropping like proverbial flies!
