  1. SCARF PIC! SCARF PIC! SCARF PIC! Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  2. Still is it back at saints or Scotland? Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  3. 100% if we continue with Kiltie deeper. Though then Erhahon does a similar cutting up play, but offers nothing going forward. Do you then go Gogic, Baccus and O'Hara? Shame as Erhahon has done so well , but I rate Gogic a superior quality player. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  4. I loved Gogic. The start of the summer I was all in on getting him. If he came to us, he would be my favourite player. Does all the things I love in a game. However, with the 352, where does he go? Who is he taking the place of as I have to say Erhahon has been a different player and Baccus has been great too. For the central mid roles then that would leave him fighting with Kiltie and O'Hara. I have liked o'hara since he came and I have worried about Kiltie in the deeper role. I know he can fit in at the back, but of the starters of Dunne, Joe and Declan, who is he moving as Im sure he will be a high earner if back. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  5. Back here to sign for Aberdeen? Dundee United? Thought we couldn't afford him from previous chat? I would love to get him back. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  6. I knew someone would say that. [emoji1787] Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  7. From watching yesterday I'm not sure what else we need to help add to the squad. Before I still thought we needed a Gogic type and a more creative type like Ronan. From yesterday I thought Erhahon, Baccus and Kiltie played really well (though looked f**ked like anyone would in that heat playing at that tempo). I'm now thinking, even if it's the loan market, maybe cover for both wing backs who can get up and down all day at that tempo would be good. Tanser is good and a great option on his day, but is injured a fair bit. Tait did well yesterday and his goal was great, but he is seen as backup on both sides. With Tanser out and him in, we are light there with players. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  8. Totally. I'm annoyed at the loosing against Motherwell who were poor and again the gubbing at Aberdeen, but the energy and tempo in the Motherwell game was pleasing to see and the fact that pressure was happening from the front instead of sitting back too much. I just hope for goals. I also hope we can do something to add to the team before the window closes. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  9. Carson is an international keeper my arse. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  10. I totally agree with this. Energy and intensity was a lot higher. I liked that at times we were putting pressure on higher up the pitch than we have previously. This morning thinking back to the game I really felt as much that Flynn and Tait have been good servants to the club, them being the options off the bench that don't really add much quality. I find when he added in Flynn rather than say Reid Robo was looking to add a bit of creativity. I find Flynn to be the shadow of the player he was when younger and is a bit of a ghost on the park. With the 352 formation seemingly working for the players we have, I felt this would work best for Kiltie to be that creative spark in the pocket behind the 2 strikers, but not suit the likes of Henderson as much. Playing 433 Kiltie sat too deep and didn't contribute as much, where Henderson I feel has been great at taking on a man in the forward wing position. With the 352 I thought this doesn't suit the likes of Henderson as much out wide having to defend as much as attack. I wondered if with it really being 3412 if Henderson could work well behind the strikers. I say this as he can seem to take a man on with the ball at his feet and pass a ball. He also at times has scored some decent goals. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  11. Not seen anymore chat about Stephen O'Donnell (SOD). Surely this was a lot of shit with having the likes of Tanser, Tait, Fraser and Strain? Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  12. Not sure how accurate Wikipedia would be but 19 appearances and 4 goals on loan at Hibs. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  13. If something with Dunne was this close if I were Robo I'd not have been wasting time trying him in formations and squads. I'd have been using players staying Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  14. Dunne is mates with Anthony Stewart who signed this summer with Aberdeen from Wycombe Wanderers. Might be there to support him. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  15. It's early days and he is young. There must be something there though as he wasn't at Middlesbrough for nothing. When he came on in the front 2.with Greive I didn't think they worked well together like Jonah and Offord did. I think he is more winger than striker and will be a player that benefits from the 433 than the 352 or 3412. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  16. I know Ethan has been a different player recently, but I believe we need to see what the hype is more on Reid and see if he is ready or not. Today is a perfect opportunity for that. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  17. I'd like to see Dylan Reid start to see what he has more. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  18. Don't know if he signed him or not, but was Cole Stockton not flying for Morcambe in league 1 with a fair few goals? Defo won't be him as a striker that worked with him before that we could get. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  19. Some more wingers than strikers, but he loves a player that can apparently play anywhere across the front 3. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  20. Forwards/Wingers that have played under him I think are: Morecambe Arthur Gnahoua Cole Stockton Shayon Harrison (with Hayes & Yeading Utd) Josh McPake (was on loan from rangers) Wes McDonald (transfer Listed by club) Jonathan Obika (transfer listed by club) Courtney Duffus (transfer listed by club) Motherwell Nadir Çiftçi (Last with the fake saints) James Scott (last season on loan from Hull to Hibs) Christy Manzinga (last played for Linfield) Jermaine Hylton (last with Newport County) Sherwin Seedorf (Last with Motherwell) Alex Fisher (now with Yeovil Town) Craig Tanner (Now with Ebbsfleet Utd) George Newell (now with Southport) Deimantas Petravičius (Now with Águilas FC) Ryan Bowman (now with Shrewsbury Town) Danny Johnson (now with Mansfield Town) Chris Long (now with Crewe Alexandra) Ross MacIver (Now with Alloa) Tony Watt (now with Dundee Utd) Devante Cole (now with Barnsley) Rolando Aarons (with Huddersfield) Jordan White (at Ross County) Jake Hastie (was loaned from Rangers, now at Hartlepool) Callum Lang ( at Wigan) Harry Smith (at Leyton Orient) Jordan Roberts (now at Stevenage) Louis Moult (now with Burton Albion) Oldham Aaron Amadi-Holloway (last with Burton Albion) Michael Ngoo (last with Tirana) Darius Osei (now with South Shields) Tope Obadeyi (Just back at Oldham) Billy Mckay (with ICT) Freddie Ladapo (now with Ipswich)

  22. The lack of pace is worrying. was that now why Jonah Ayunga and Toyosi Olusanya were brought in?! I'm yet to see it from them both. Was Strain not supposed to be pace too? Are the players looking unfit, or are they still doing 2 training sessions a day, then doing the cup games too? Are they unfit or is it they are f**ked because this cup format makes it all crazy early in the season? Not making excuses, but are they over working so early on?! The good solid performances tail end of last season were surprisingly with the formation Jim couldn't get to work with the 3-4-1-2. I know Robo preference is this 4-3-3, but I feel this makes the midfield narrow. I feel Kiltie is lost so deep and really is a number 10. I feel this formation is not working to allow the overlap of the LB/LW and RB/RW. I feel it is stifling the likes of Tanser's attacking play. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  23. The lack of pace is worrying as was that now why Jonah Ayunga and Toyosi Olusanya were brought in?! I'm yet to see it from them. Was Strain not supposed to be pace too? Not having a go at you, just what I thought these players were brought in to change the lack of pace. Where they look unfit, as it's pre-season as they still doing 2 training sessions a day, then doing these games too? Is it unfit or is it they are f**ked because the cup system and the world cup shit has made this stupidity early?! Again not a dig, just trying to understand. Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  24. Aberdeen 3rd after how bad last season was and how we played in spells with Jim? Celtic Rangers Hearts Dundee United Hibs Motherwell Aberdeen St Mirren Livingston Ross County Kilmarnock St Johnstone Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
  25. If Reid was to go, we defo need a Gogic style player in for the midfield. I'm hoping that Baccus is either A. Gogic like mold Or B. Ronan like mold Sent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk
