Great result and Hugh keevins and Archie McPherson were pretty impressed with the young guys from what I heard. Sounded like we played well. Jury still out on Teale but ones things for sure, he gets effort from the youngsters. Give the young guys the shirts next year, keep Thommo and Goodwin for experience and would like Dayton to stay but doubt that's happening. Either way it's a positive end at home after a rotten year

I would be happy if Goody stayed, he's calmed right down and his experience would be vital next year. As a defensive mid he'd be hard to replace

From the highlights it looked like Naismith was superb, a few great blocks. Will be a big player for us next season and might be worth a try at CB as well

Thought about this a lot, he's got ability and has shown it the odd time but not enough this year. If he started most weeks in the championship I think he could be an important player if he gets his attitude right

Best of luck to cheesy, a cup winner and fan who got to live the dream. Always said if he stuck to defending he'd a very good, but he's asked to play from the back and that's his weakest attribute. It's the worst season I can remember following saints for 30 years, yeah we've had some tough times but this season has been inevitable from the start. Most seasons in the top flight we've had that result that made us say all the crap is worth it, beating Celtic, rangers or Motherwell and Falkirk away, but this season has seen nothing. Yeah it's crap getting relegated, but the only hope is we have a clear out, start again and become competitive and challenge for promotion next year. If things stay the same then we will be bottom 4 material and another horrible year ahead. No matter how bad and how shite, we will always be saints fans, let's just hope and pray things change and we can enjoy our club again

If only we could forfeit the rest of the season to get this out the way. Let's get the ownership sorted, clear out the 90% of the players and get a fresh start. Our club has been stale for years, the most embarrassing thing for the players though over the years is that complete lack of wanting to win, very very rarely have we won back to back games in the SPL and that's disgraceful when teams with similar budgets etc do it regularly

From reports so far I think Gutless would sum us up. I'm not at the game obviously but reading the updates it's plain to see we needed to be closer to Graham, he'd had 4 chances before he actually scored, FFS just mark him and let him know he's in a game. Change the line up, get Goodwin into the middle and Sadlier on left mid, need more fight from these players, we are down if we don't improve big time in the second half, and anyone who thinks otherwise really needs a reality check

Celtic is one of those games so that's us down to 7 left, I really hope your confidence is backed up by the players. Just keep my fingers crossed the team performs today to get us heading the right direction

The big problem with that though is that GT stated he has targeted 15 points from the 9 games, so he's going to be short of what we need. I'm desperate for us to stay up but it's looking like the 2 other sides have found form at the right time. If we lose today it's just going to be too much for us to make up given our lack of confidence and the surge in confidence from the 2 sides right above us.

No way we can afford to lose today, we must get a point at least to stay within one win of motherwell. It's time to dig in and show some fight, I think we have players who are good enough for this level but they need to show it. If we lose and county win then it's game over for us

Massive game and one we can win if we turn up and have a go. They beat us down there when we were appalling and they looked just as bad. A win would really lift us and I think we will need one to stay in touch with county. Let's hope for a great performance, COYS

It's a pitty we never kept him, I watch him every week and he's turned into a very good centre midfielder, but that may be down to him playing in the A league. But I think he would have been good to keep hold of

Looking at the upcoming fixtures for the 3 teams at the bottom, I would say this is a must must win at all cost sort of game. Both Well and County play again before we go to Killie so we need to win to make sure we don't prop up the table. Surely at some point the boys will click and we will get a great result and performance, by god I hope it's this week. Hamilton are on a bad run so we need to get at them and get in front. With the new CB hopefully fully fit, I think the boys might just get a lift from that. Time for the team to show we deserve to be in this division
