However, 24 hours in a day = 3 x 8 hour shifts ? Still quite a ratio however As part of my job I get to inspect prisons , Armley prison , Wealstun Young offenders / hospitals/ sports facilities ( Leeds United / Leeds Rhinos / Yorkshire Cricket Club etc ) The sporting venues have a vastly inferior ratio to the sheer volume of people they care for obviously The Young offenders unit however, is very similar if not greater than the numbers you quoted The sheer cost of the people who require looking after , based on the criminal element is criminal in itself !! Wee neds costing the taxpayer a ridiculous amount of money !! The money can be justified on those children in the care system however through no fault of their own & as a foster parent myself, there are good kids out there worthy of ever penny spent

Truly, it was about respecting the result for me. I love honesty and respect and fully understand why it doesn’t suit Scotland But I’m also looking forward to seeing what the future holds. I was 51 on Wednesday this week and know what being part of the EU brings. I believe we are big enough, strong enough and bold enough to do better. A few bumps expected obviously as with any relationship break up, but we will be stronger afterwards
