Only Rooney and Griffiths have scored more.

My thoughts? He's not signing for St Mirren.

Just so I'm getting this right. Folk are debating whether the third best goalscorer in Premiership history would be a good addition?

Just for reference, Doolan is breaking Club Records with every season. He's Club Captain, He's in his testimonial season and has also joined the Youth Academy coaching staff. He took a wage reduction to stay and do his best to get us promoted, to right the wrongs of last season. He's a one club player since turning professional.

But you boys crack on, it's good reading, if nothing else!

I've still got the original programme and event T Shirt boxed in the loft. As I don't have kids, I'm going to hand them down to my brother's two kids, and pass some stuff of that ilk I own to a new generation. This means the kids are going to inherit a copy of the 'Final Chapter' autographed on the cover by John Potter, Stewart Gilmour, Gus MacPherson and Andy Millen. I wanted to get the captain, chairman, manager and assistant manager of the club at the time of the move. Goodness knows what they'll make of this stuff, but I want the wee basturts' to take good care of it!

An interesting - if rather drily commented on by Betty Spoke (nice lass, great/interesting dress-sense but not very enthusiastic.) - fillum, about the Ferguslie Mills.
The site as it was, now is and some historical background to several of the buildings still extant.
And a wee bit about the park, itself.

Speaking from experience, LPM is spot on regards legalities and the constitution. If demonstrated that they have acted illegally or inappropriately, the board should be removed. The consequences or lack of new runners should not impact that.

Everything else on this thread is petty point scoring and rather childish from the majority concerned.

It's also pretty accurate that the majority of trust members don't give a shit how their money is spent regardless of the football team. That though, doesn't give those responsible the ability to act above and outwith the constitution they are bound to serve on.

You are entitled to your point of view. that said the condescending tone you adopt by saying
"I'm not sure what you are looking for now or trying to achieve.
Politely and with the greatest of respect...
...I can only conclude you are not willing or able to follow reasoned discussion, explanations and agreements as a way forward.
You may have an ulterior motive and agenda to pursue, I don't know.
I do hope you find resolution to this for your own peace of mind."
does not reflect well on your intentions. It is a fact of Law, and The Smisa constitution that the committee are bound to fully inform and consult with their membership before taking decisions which can have a severe detrimental effect to the trust, its funds and its members interests.
they have flouted both constitution, and the law as explained and enforced by the governing body the Financial Conduct Authority twice!
By lending the club £15k to fix the USH without property informing and consulting the members, and intend to do so again by making £50k of members subscriptions available to the club.
the Smisa committee have also broken one of their own 'Red Line' code of conduct requirements whereby they require themselves to consult with the membership over any allocation of funds over £500.
my agenda is to see Smisa run the course, the members take the majority shareholding and work to ensure the continued successful existence of SMFC. That only works when you take everyone along, and give them their democratic right of one member, one vote.
The smisa committee under law and constitution do not have delegated authority to channel into SMFC membership funds ringfenced for the one sole purpose the members signed up to. That being to accumulate the funds to buy at the earliest opportunity the majority shareholding in SMFC.
They never had the authority to make that agreement with GLS without membership approval, and that clause in the SHA is unenforceable as it requires the smisa committee to break their constitution, and the governing legislation. Agreements arent legally binding if they require one party to break governing legislation. Think about it!

Is there any reason why the minutes of SMISA committee meetings aren't distributed to the SMISA ,membership?
since less than a handful of folk expressed interest in joining the SMISA committee, how confident are you that we will see the SMISA membership informed of such matters?

If you go through old YouTube videos, Corbyn is fantastic at debating and would destroy May and her policies on such a platform.

FFS Vambo, they were right at one end and behind the goals at Fir park on Saturday, if i recall correctly it did not hamper the atmosphere one little bit. And i will again state, how do you make every seat unallocated and expect people to stay away from a selected area to allow a singing section in - i'll tell you, it would not work.
Give us a winning feeling and the atmosphere will take care of itself.
Get the singing section as near as possible to the away fans, that encourages them to sing more to outdo the away fans.
