I thought the boy Corbu was fairly decent and may have played his way in to the first team.
Not the first time very disappointed with the lacking of attacking intent, and lack of composure on the ball. I won't be paying to watch us under Oran Kearney play Celtic again if that his attitude to these games. By all means sit back and surrender possesion, but there needs to be a plan to attack once we do get the ball.
    Supporters short changed tonight.

Probably time he was given a rest anyway. Still a young player that has probably been over used this season.

Hall of fame should not be about mediocrity. Handing it to Samson and Potter, in my opinion makes a mockery of it.

Lyons and McAllister were supposed to be supporting Jackson. Both are talented, both can beat a man, neither offered enough last night.

Well deserved IMO. Great keeper twice for the club. League and cup legend. Him and Campbell Money my favourite 2 goalies. Just named my new puppy after him. SAMMY.

I honestly wasn't referring to anyone in particular.
But on the subject of Josh. I'm not saying it is or isn't happening but I think it's a bit odd that the club would be targeting anyone in particular for no real reason. Especially someone closely related to our best player when you run a very real risk of pissing said player off. So the question, if it actually is happening....is why?
Nothing that happens in W7 is any different from some of the stuff that used to go on in the North Bank when away supports were sharing the stand. Nothing worse than what used to happen and be said at places like Brockville and in the cowshed.
It's just a struggle to comprehend that one particular person is getting tagetted for doing absolutely nothing. It really doesn't make sense.
The standing on seats thing doesn't warrant a letter from the club and is nonsense but if you've been told a couple of times to stop standing on seats and you already feel you are an easy target, you wouldn't keep doing it to be fair.

That is worse than sacking OK. He is a dinosaur that should be nowhere near a top flight football club in a coaching capacity. He has a defined role and it's not coaching. We need to have stability, I could think of no more decisive appointment we could make. Paying off two coaches and appointing from behind them, seen that movie before and it didn't end well !

Here we go again. Josh is targeted because he is the one putting his name to it. (Viewed as the ringleader I guess)
The club want him banned, despite the work that this guy has put in for our club, and the worst they have on him is standing on seats and a pitchside barrier. (That’s from watching cctv during games and trying to pin stuff on him)
Wasn’t there yesterday but from what I’ve been told - the police/stewards were trying to get Dundee United fans to falsely say he spat on someone, even though he hadn’t.
It might sound like a mad conspiracy theory but someone somewhere really has it in for this particular person/group. And want this whole thing stopped. I don’t know why, it helps the club. They use the displays in club social media posts. The fan march and displays have done more to promote the club to young people in Renfrewshire than any of the clubs youth schemes ever have.
    It’s all very very weird.

This thread is going to be a mess, with the usual couple of self-righteous old wankers giving it the "why don't you follow the rules" shite.
It has been obvious for a while the club has been doing their best to put an end to the group attempting to bring some atmosphere to the stadium. The over-policing of Scottish football is ridiculous. What incidents have we even had at the ground since it opened?
As I said on another thread, the people running our club are quite happy to go and sit in the Ibrox boardroom toasting the queen while our fans get objects and spit showered on them, happy to hand over the stadium to Celtic and Sevco every time they come and let them do whatever they want, but not bothered in the slightest that they are driving fans of all generation away from the club.

Last night he was in command of his own signings, his own players in his preferred formation (5-3-2 at home vs M'Well btw..) and yet we still managed an Alan Stubbs level of performance. OK's games with Stubbs' players or last night, to me, there has been no improvement. His 13% W/R tells it's own story. For me, he should have managed to get more out of the players we had in the squad before the January mass exodus.
It appears that nobody has a clue what they are doing out on the park and if they do, they're f**king great at hiding it. No clear style of play, no cohesion in the XI and absolutely no idea on how to defend OR attack. What are we doing on a daily basis at Ralston?
We constantly persist with the spine of our team being Ferdinand, McGinn & Jackson. Two guys that can barely move and another that just isn't very good.
We're absolutely horrific and something needs to change and change soon or we're heading down with a seriously embarrassing goals for, goals against and points totals.

A 13% win rate is f**king unacceptable. Stubbs' players or not, that is an abominable % rate for a manager in any league - Tommy Craig managed 15% ffs. OK has not shown me anything that convinces me think he'll get us out this mess. The players have no idea what they're doing. Setting up 5-3-2 against Motherwell such an amateur mistake it makes me wonder if they even do opposition analysis in the week.
Popescu and the goalie look a couple of good finds. Although, i noticed someone on Twitter last night claiming Popescu would walk into ANY team in this league.  Made me chuckle.

You can't blame Stubbs then give Kearney a free pass, when he's been just as bad, if not worse.

For all our tactics and organisation has been awful all season. The board have massively underestimated the size of task at hand, with the recruitment for this season from Ross through to Kearney being unacceptable.

Whoever played a major role in identifying players under Ross, the likes of Hypolyte, Flynn and Kellerman, to the appointment of Stubbs and his signings. To appointing Kearney, who has been unable to organise two squads. Should be the one to take the real heat.

Not at all. It really wouldn't have been that difficult to line up an experienced manager and start to build for the season ahead.
Anyway, relegation aint the end of the world. We will all still be there on a Saturday afternoon every chance we can!

Aside from a goal against part time Alloa McAllister has done nothing. Missed a sitter against Hibs that cost us the game and another tonight at a crucial stage.

He’s completely unproven at this level and I’m not sure he’s up to it. Certainly not yet anyway, maybe in a couple of seasons when he’s older.

For players to be standing about in the final minutes of the game with no idea of who to pass the ball to is completely unacceptable.
Motherwell were pacy and played with purpose. We were the complete opposite. "Give the ball to Anton and everyone stand still" surely wasn't the gameplan?
I hate to say it, but it is really starting to look like a coaching problem rather than a player issue. The players simply don't know what the should be doing with the ball.
Kearney doesn't get to keep his job at the end of the season just by default. A time of stability would be nice but if a team of full-time footballers can't be organised to having some idea of where to stand and where to move the ball to then we need to ask questions of what is going on at the training ground.
Are these guys still showing up for work three hours per day, four times a week? Get them in full-time working on their f**king shape as a team until they stop f**king shaming the club with these performances.
I'm expecting massive improvements in the month ahead.

He started well but he isn't streetwise
As he was caught a few times and he was the second prizer each time
He's an experienced player and shouldn't be bullied by Stevie Mallan
His partner is miles off the pace isn't helping either
The engine room is the biggest problem and unless it's sorted we will not move from the bottom

My point is that if you look at the season as a whole, of the players who have played consistently, the captain is the one I would single out as guilty of giving in to opposition pressure. I get its the top league and you're up against a better quality of player - but the one thing you can't do is switch off or lose your man. We've done that again and again, and been punished for it.
I thought Jackson done really well during the first half, not sure what happened during the second half. Was similar to the Killie game - absolutely lost control of the midfield and lost the game as a result.
I'd say if you look at our team as a unit, assuming we're going with 4-2-3-1, the defence is shaky but good enough, need Anton back in there. Tansey and McGinn not going to work as holding mids. If Magennis was next to McGinn it might work, maybe even Hodson until then?
Reasonably happy with the 3 attacking mids, McAllister, Lyons and the new guy Dreyer should be fine.
Up front we badly need a target man. Jackson did well first half but once Hibs got wise to our game plan it became a very tough game for him

Where's the need to be rude?
I don't expect him to be a superhero, but I do expect him to track back when a player literally jogs past him with the ball, which has happened on several occasions this season.
Agree with whoever it was above that said to try Lyons in beside him rather than Tansey, that could work. It's really not working though, and I'm 100% sure it's that part of the team that are losing us games. That's a few times now we've started well but ultimately lost the midfield
