Rumour has it there's a game on tomorrow and most of you argumentative bastards will be there. I'll be taking my nephew to his second ever Saints game and he'll have a brilliant day. Let's get back to talking about fitba.
Agree with all of this. I loved the old place. Walking up the slope to the North Bank was f**king brilliant and I didn't mind getting soaked from above when I used the toilet. I always felt that the troughs could've done with a wee bit of Jif tho [emoji3] Remember they were always coated with a kind of green algae?
Agreed. Love the regular updates from GS. Slightly concerned that the Fire Alarm system is 'badly in need of updating'. Hope we don't end up in a towering inferno. That would be rubbish.
Brilliant comedian. Not to most people's tastes. But he's made a career out of that. His 'Del Boy falling through the bar' stuff is superb. Tried and failed to post a link to it from Vimeo. Anyone cleverer than me feel free to do so.
Agreed; sometimes we're all guilty of taking things too seriously. Also, I'm glad the forum seems to keep you awake. Was worried you might doze off while driving
I've had a great idea (others may disagree). You could post a review of the quality of the forum every day. It would be like Alex's Angle from the matchday programmes in the 80s. It would need to be alliterative. I propose calling it Shull's Stream of Semi-consciousness. I'd read it.
Just wish we'd managed to tempt him for this season. (Ok, a wee bit of hindsight has been employed here, but I did back Gentleman Jim as soon as it became clear we were losing Jack)
Fair enough Shull. The point I'm making is that, despite the rules, this should have been sorted out and you should have been able to buy your programmes today.
Agree mate. However we're a family club. A quick call upstairs to ask if it's ok to bend the rules to accommodate a fan would have sorted this out. My experience of the guys in the shop and over the phone has always been excellent, right enough
Ach, despite ProgrammeGate I bet you buy your programme and enjoy reading it as always. The club does loads of stuff to annoy us but we always forgive them. We can't help ourselves [emoji3]
What a load of shite. There's nothing wrong with encouraging people to clean up after themselves. You're just being contrary for the sake of it. As usual
