  1. Yep, as did I in September. Won't get fooled again. I hope AM gets things organised for next game and JL just goes away and practises his kick outs.
  2. ....meet the new boss..... ....same as the old boss..
  3. Swelltrin' in Italia for a while now.. Agnew seems like our talisman. ( By the way Knopfler band fiddle player is awesome. ) Sir Thommo a little quiet today ?
  4. Reach for the stars Jim and congratulations on 150 !
  5. Malachi Farquarson has been up for a 2 day trial. Harrogate Railway striker, he's scored 13 goals since his return from injury in October. [incidentally, Cartman, his co-striker at HR., has hit the net 36 times this season (incl 5 pens).]
  6. I'd go for Brahms' , joy to conduct.
  7. McCall would look at our board's aspirations and ambitions. After he stopped laughing, he would open the emails from down south begging him to become their boss.
  8. Huv read it a while back. The Eye is cheaper and not endorsed by Russell Brand. I have also listened to Clavicem Balisticum(John Ogdon rec) three times. Disnae help.
  9. The eggman plays a bit I believe, out of position on the right wing, but he could do a job for us as a centre back sort of pterry.
  10. Great to see Jim and Gary start last night , felt it made a difference, also glad Ball found his touch. Kenny did very well at the pen. Great joy amongst us all at Firhill when Willie blew his final whistle.
  11. Nah why stop now we're on a roll. {I'm still recovering from the GB choir, megaphone conductor and drummers at P'head )
  12. At Buddies' third goal I hugged my brother and others sitting beside me.It was joyous. Whata comeback for the players. No Hammarby veteran would have left early. COYS.
  13. This is an absolutely brilliant thread. Proud to be a buddy. COYS.
  14. Tonight no fight, no guile, no leadership, no goal scorers, still fannying around at the back and I would give the wee saints their credit as wily opposition. Progression or regression since League Cup win a year ago ? No. Some lovely touches from a few of our talented players but poor results the norm . Great fans deserve better from the club they love. Anybody know Isma's phone number ?
  15. So good they named him twice ? Welcome to Paisley Djemba-Djemba !
  16. Difficult to balance Jim's strengths marshalling his troops etc.,but today his distribution continued to be woeful.
  17. Naturally talented, good upper body strength etc., it is his football intelligence that really gets me. Reminds me of a McStay.
  18. Good points made, beyond our ken. Also it pains me to say it but Danny doesn't seem to be getting the response from many of our players (with a few notable exceptions eg Teale and the breakthrough young players) which other managers expect and get.
  19. Good win today and another opposition manager unable to be gracious in defeat.
  20. Saints and Guinevere let me down today. Ach, there's always next week.
  21. Missed last Sat - went down to see my wee team, Harrogate Town. [Great board, superb manager, promising players who deliver (5-0) and a good pint in the bar.] Then came Tuesday evening , same old. Come on Saints lets do it on Saturday.
  22. It's brilliant, what a team. what a club, what a support. Proud to be a buddie.
  23. Nick down the pawn and get yer bling back, Isma, tell Danny tae stuff it. You will score the winner on the 17th. You are different class and it must be embarassing having Parkin and Guy as fellow strikers. We will win the Cup.
