While both sides, IMO, have acted atrociously, last night's footage on the ITV news, just repeated, really shows that, in this case, the Israeli army are out of control.
A small group of Palestinians, holding a white flag, requesting to return to an area where family members were still trapped, were fired at, resulting in a 51 year old innocent man being shot dead.
WTF is going on?
This, in a "war" situation isn't rare but the reaction of the Israelis is shocking, firstly saying the fottage had been doctored then refusing to comment at all.
 

I'm sure the majority of us expect to lose, but...it's football and the beauty of the game we love is that the expected doesn't always happen!

Well, that was pretty easy.
Filled the motorhome up, over £90, went down to the beachfront with a granddaughter and Mrs Faraway safely inside.
Never took the dogs this time, small steps and all that.
Oldest granddaughter popped round from her work for a quick 15 minute visit.
Very scenic with the rain lashing down and the waves crashing into the seafront wall while we were very cozy as the gas fire was fired right up.
TV worked fine , as did Netflix so that's all good.
We all had a wee snack, roll and sausage, and added a few more things to the "list" of things we'll need. 
Only minor hiccup was Mrs faraway, who had bought a kettle earlier today, forgot cups so no cup of tea. 
I'm sure we'll have plenty of little issues like this in the months to come, worse things happen at sea.

Quite heavy on the fuel, it could do with a 6th gear, rev counter sits quite high and I was only sitting about 60 from Perth to Arbroath.

Motorhome successfully driven home, only hit 2 or 3 cars, not bad for my first drive.
Mrs Faraway already been out measuring, I fear this'll cost me more and more. 
Not had the dogs in it yet, grounds all wet and slushy with the wee upturn in temperature. 

Was really icy this morning, glad of my previous ice hockey experience to not go down. My waving of my arms in the air must have looked comical. So glad I was out of shot of my ring doorbell. [emoji16]

-4 on the way home but, thankfully, I had no old wimmin driving in front of me so I could safely drive along about 45 mph unlike last night when 30 mph seemed to be the adopted speed. 
No more snow forecast and a rise in temperatures on Friday is good news as that's the day we pick up the motorhome. 

The big day is getting closer, got a few nerves about driving this thing and parking it but I'm sure it'll go ok.
To be down at Perth about 11:00am on Friday.
No more snow forecast and the main roads should be all ok for then. 

There is an auxiliary powers supply (generator) on the island for when the electricity goes down, which happens from time to time, but I also have a home battery back up supply system as well......it'd be difficult for any "time-critical" admin or online business to survive without it out here, it's a much hardier way of life but all the better for it.
