A dip in form but very close as with County. No need to panic just yet.

First game, being the opening game, is a bit steep with 3500 tickets or so at 50 Euros, 3000 or so at 195 Euros and the rest at 400 or 600 Euros. Other two games are 30, Euros, 60, Euros, 150 Euros and 200 Euros in same quantities.............First two category prices aren't too bad for a "Championships" but other two categories pretty steep.

Ok, so, 2nd viewing today, with daughter, son in law and granddaughter in tow, has resulted in us being more unsure than we were before.
Well, we've decided the smaller, if more stylish, van is a "no no" as it's just too tight with the two dogs and a granddaughter all included in any trips.
The bigger of the two isn't quite the quality Mrs Faraway is happy with, so, while it's not totally a write off, it's not looking like it'll be our choice.
The nice owner made a few phone calls and is bringing one in that's got a similar layout to van number two but is slightly more modern.
We'll go see it in a few weeks as we're off somewhere sunny this week.

Not sure which thread to pose this question on, but is there a competition to be the biggest tedious prick on the website in progress just now?

To get to the end of November and have clear air between ourselves and several teams with significantly higher resources than us is a remarkable feat.
    But no, apparently we're shit.

We won the game and looked comfortable without getting out of 1st gear in terrible conditions.
Sitting 3rd on 22 points…..progress but it is still fragile, honest to Christ 😂😂

You seem to be making the massive assumption that the "non-Irish" are refugees, you can't know that.  Ireland has a lot of immigation and repatriation from the so-called English-speaking world.
You talk about mass stabbings in Europe, fair enough.  There are few mass stabbings in the US where mass-murder is almost a pastime and that is because access to guns is so easy and many mass-murderers there seem to be targetting ethnic minorities.  So maybe criminals in the refugee communities cant get access to guns so easily in Europe and maybe they'd do less stabbing  if the opposite was true?
And let's jut have that "controversial" point you have teased us with.  No-one is going to judge you for a view any more severely than they have already.  But if you think you can take the debate forward with this view then let's have it as you seem to be quite wedded to it.

    So now we're apparently shit.
More like our "supporters" are shit and have extremely short memories.
Didn't take long for the usual suspects to start their mind numbing negativity.

WeeBud reacted to beyond our ken in Why does the club need to know the diversity of season ticket holders?
Yes, but if i wanted an answer to that question I would go to the person making the survey request, not asking a bunch of people who don't know the rationale.
My only possible motivation for asking the forum would be a desperate cry for attention and I'm not that needy.
    And

Just back from visiting a mate and his wife who've had a motorhome for about 3 years.
Very worthwhile visit, plenty of reassurance and realistic experiences.
We;ll head out in a couple of weeks and have a look at a few as they suggested it's best to see/go inside and have a good look as everyone's got different preferences for layout etc.
They've already made plans to go to Germany next year for the Euros.

I’m still for the principle of VAR, but I agree it’s largely being applied by useless idiots in Scotland and I’m pretty sure having the cheapo version isn’t helping that.
However, as a more general point, I don’t think the image of VAR is being helped by the actual current rules of football. Take offside for example. It should be a simple black and white decision, but people are still moaning about an offside being given because someone is a bawhair offside. Simple. Change the rule to there having to be clear daylight between the players. This also gives the benefit of the doubt to the attacking player which can only be good for the game.
The handball rule is another minefield. Some of the rules relating to that are are absolute joke, but I’m less clear on how to resolve that one.
My biggest issue with VAR now is the ridiculous increase in the number of red cards which is completely ruining games as a spectacle. I would stop the use of VAR for giving retrospective red cards. It’s way to subjective and the severity of a challenge is far too easily manipulated by the use of TV, especially slo mo. I would keep it though for overturning incorrect red card decisions by the ref.
Finally, and finishing on a positive, my favourite thing about VAR is the giving of penalties for shirt pulling in the box. The refs eyes can’t be everywhere and shirt pulling is a pet hate of mine, or should I say the getting away with shirt pulling is a pet hate of mine. Simple message to players, if you pull someone’s shirt in the box, you’re giving away a penalty, so don’t f**king do it!

    The ones that I know.
When they saw Mandron's shirt pull v Dundee on TV, they agreed it was a daft and obvious foul.
It was exactly the same incident as midweek.
That's the rule these days, whether we like it or not.

We also have subs who make a positive difference when they come on and all of our forwards have now scored goals at the top level.
With another proven goal scorer in Ayunga to come back, we're looking a far better prospect in this respect compared to last season.

Robbo will do his talking in the dressing room with the squad and the coaching staff.
No way is he going full blown Elvis critical mode on radio or tv interviews.
There were errors made last night and the squad and staff will learn from it and move on.

    Just read all the comments,
I was at the game and thought overall we looked better than them without playing well and created very little,
Hibs are always going to be dangerous with the players they have. But never at any time did they look a better team than us in that game, they got their goals off poor defending by us
We probably should have lost that game because of the 2 mistakes we made at their goals but without the mistakes we could easily have won while nowhere near our best,
This team deserves a lot of credit they just don't give up Saturday will be another tough game

Oct 7 is relayed as the starting point of all this killing.  But immediately before, there were over 300 men women and children killed by the IDF and settlers in the West Bank, where no rockets are fired into Israel, since the start of the year, .  And, since Oct7, 154 have been killed.
Also, 2150 Palestinians in the West Bank have been imprisoned since then without charge or trial - hostages?  This adds to the thousands already in prison without trial.
