  1. Ideally we can get him to agree a new contract extension, with a transfer release clause, even giving him a 10/15% cut of the transfer fee. Everyone wins.
  2. RIP Fiona - thoughts with friends and family.
  3. I want to support Oran and give him a chance to turn it around but his team selection/tactics are just baffling.

    Bungalow as well now...
  5. If we ever got a Synthetic pitch, I wouldn't be back. Hate watching games on these kind of pitches.
  6. I'll judge Stubbs and his team after we've played everyone home and away. If we're playing good football and sitting above 11th in our first season back, I'll be more than happy.
  7. I personally would love to hear Samson calling Shull. [emoji1]
  8. Out of all the names being mentioned, Neilson is the one I'm most comfortable with. Won the Championship with a number of good young players, and took Hearts to 3rd in Premiership. If Levine was the real man in charge, then why has Hearts stumbled about mid table since? He's proven himself at a bigger club and knows the Scottish game well. Due to the number of players we need and time constraints, we need someone with good knowledge of the game and players up here. Next season's objective is to stay in the league, anything else is a bonus. After that it's just about year on year progression.
  9. I support the club in this decision. The Family Stand only has approximately 300 season tickets I believe - I very much doubt any campaign would have added significant numbers to allow for the OF to be restricted to one stand. I do agree that there's a lot more we can be doing to increase attendances. But ultimately, its continued success on the park that can drive these numbers substantially. The club has taken a decision which increases our revenue, causes inconvenience to the smallest number of people possible, whilst compensating them with discounted season tickets and match day tickets. I don't like it, but think it's the right thing to do.
  10. Don't generally have any problems whenever I go to Viennas. The staff have always been decent with me, as have the bouncers. What was stolen? I generally put all my personal belongings other than my phone/wallet/keys into the cloakroom, as not really a place you can leave things lying about.
  11. Calm down... the bigger the crowd the better. Just stated last two games have probably been poor in comparison to away games I've been to, makes it difficult for a good sing song to get going, and lack of noise won't help the players nerves as we try and get over the finishing line.
  12. What frustrates me having followed the team all season is when a big crowd comes out it's hard to get an atmosphere going. Not a f'k the Glory Hunters type post, welcome every buddie, but been to away games with 3/400 away fans this season where we've rocked the place. I just wonder if the lack of that atmosphere is why we've struggled the past two away games.
  13. Not having a go mate. I thought we had to do something because after 70 minutes what we were doing wasn't working. United were happy to sit in.
  14. Watching a different game from me then. As soon as Sutton/Hippo on we looked dangerous in the box. I was wanting McGinn off a lot earlier, he was clearly struggling and the number of poor passes he made continuously put us under pressure. We move on to Saturday, hopefully clinch it, because after Inverness, Brechin and Dundee, I'll be in line for a divorce soon.
  15. Deflated we didn't win it officially. But one point and we are champions. A year ago we were out celebrating we were in the bloody league. Hats off to Brechin home supporters who welcomed us with open arms when the segregation got lifted. They wanted to take videos and pictures of us and kept congratulating us on our season. It's now in our hands. I'm working Tuesday and working on Wednesday. I can't wait to walk into work as a supporter of this great team, as champions.
  16. A St Mirren supporting former police officer tweeted BTP police giving them the heads up...
  17. Started off with a goal, and everyone myself included thought it was going to be a stroll in the park. A cluster f'k in defence and suddenly we were all over the place and couldn't recover. We do seem to only have the one plan, but it's that plan that has got us to where we are. I'll start bricking it when we are only 5/6 ahead, until then, I'm just going to enjoy the ride.
  18. Tommy Craig era? Away and take a look at yourself.
  19. I'm steaming. The wife is not happy. I'm bloody delighted. Dodododo Oh cammy cammy
  20. Red card for ICT for those that don't know.
  21. Another Brechin goal would be convenient,
  22. I'm very hungover today. [emoji23]
