Looks like we are getting exactly what we deserve from this, absolutely nothing. Can moan about plastic pitches all the live long day but we are dropping points because we have played terribly.

I sure am. It’s a whole issue that could have been completely avoided had AW not made a mountain out of a molehill. The relationships are all fractured, all needlessly. Best thing the club could do is get all these people around a table & draw a line under everything.

They have engaged, they’ve been engaged more than Del Boy Trotter. The thing just won’t die. They’ve had their characters put under the spotlight so have taken that case forward. No one can blame them given the pathetic way AW conducted himself in all of this. Given where we are now, it’s no surprise they won’t say anything further.

For me it’s two separate points. Yes the people making the calls are absolute utter donkeys, but there are multiple VAR stoppages in that game regardless of who’s looking. The jury is far from out on this one, VAR just can’t work in a fair, slick manner in a game life football. It takes away from a big part of what makes it the beautiful game, it’s fast paced & continuous nature.

I haven’t remotely said it shouldn't be in place. We were correct in voting for VAR because a democratic majority wanted us to. My point is it seems utterly baffling to me when you look at how much it ruins the game. (My opinion) Maybe avoid the made up, unsubstantiated claims? 🤷‍♂️

I’ve told you several times before, it’s NEVER been about that. Why you can’t grasp it is also beyond me.

Never been about the decision. Slows the game, only moves controversy (their first goal today came from a free kick that was never a free kick & VAR doesn’t check that), makes it near completely pointless in celebrating goals until you know if there will be a check.

VAR is the absolute worst thing to happen to the beautiful game. Why fans backed it is completely beyond me.

Unless big Joe has a child’s size 2 boot on, it was over the line. His full foot is behind the line & the ball is a couple of inches even further back hitting his angled shin.

Shows how far the team has come when fans are frustrated at a goal that wasn’t given when we won anyway. Tbf I am gutted for Grieve, robbed of his second goal from the bench in as many games (it was very clearly over). Really enjoyed the majority of the football yesterday as well & the attitude of the players. Fought for everything and controlled most of the match.

Don’t imagine they’ll need to adjust much to Thursday/ Sunday playing…

Couldn’t make or watch the game today. Great result & brilliant character to get the winner after losing the two goal lead. Almost all our forward options opening their account already this summer. Great to see.
