Any excuse for a greet way some folk , away out and get wrecked, cheer yourselves up a bit.

Any1 ever thought that maybe the burden of being our 1st choice striker and being relied upon to score the vast majority of our goals is enough for a man of 35 years old without giving him even more responsibilities as a coach. Maybe TC has , hence the reason he's not been asked onto the coaching staff. Pretty sure aslong as Steven Thompson wants to be involved with St Mirren , there will be some sort of role there for him.

Some of the comments on here are a disgrace, boys not even kicked a ball for the club yet and folk are criticising him, we're supposed to be supporters of this football club, so f**king support them!

With all 5 Members of the current selling consortium claiming to be St Mirren fans surely they will still still have an interest in the club after they sell there shares. Just an idea but if 10000 hours are going to be 100k to 200k short with there bid, why not offer each member of the consortium a 1877 membership as part of the deal this makes up 125k and if agreed wouldgo along way to making up the shortfall. I know they are selling the club because they want out but would them taking a step back and taking up a non executive role whilst still having 1877 shares in the club and a vote as to how the club is run not be a good thing for every1 involved. A long shot i know but just an idea.
