Not exactly far out / exotic but was on a holiday to Tenerife for the week with girlfriend and a large group of rather inebriated lads got on the bus. I'm thinking oh here we go as they were jumping / shouting up the bus etc. Thoughts changed when they blasted out "Oh When the Saints" and other classics. Cracking lads and bumped into a few of them since.

The season was over... are you fishing? Another 8 points and we'd have been in 8th place, enough prize money to secure a striker?

During yesterday's "performance" I think the fans were actually very good - all things considered. I actually felt pre-match I was going to a public annihilation of the management team and that never really materialised thankfully during play at least. The boo-ing at half and full time was justified in my opinion… the performance from most simply wasn’t good enough. What are we… some happy clappy Scotland fans?

Seems like nothing has moved on since I was a kid... referees who think they are in the SPL and coaches who think the same!

The worst things are that 2 other premier teams are out and we are out of a national competition at the first hurdle, losing the feel good factor of a cup run and revenue to ... strengthen the squad. Oh and the cup is ours for the moment so would have been nice to try and defend it.

I really don't buy into this "He's lost the dressing room" talk on here. Why would Newton have come back if it was so bad? I think the people stirring this are doing it for their own agenda and have no real proof. DL's issue is the close season, what happened there? That is the real problem. He simply hasn't replaced what he got rid of so we are struggling with little options and no depth to the squad. Was this his doing or the board's or a combination? That we will probably never know. Hard to believe we are here again it reeks of the Tom Hendrie colapse we all remember the fun that ensued after we got rid of him...

Any tips on what to do with a lawn that is mostly moss and dandelions. I tried applying the aftercut granules but that was 2 weeks ago and the dandelions are still there, it did kill some of the moss but not all of it. Cheers.

I really don't get this postponement rule. Surely compensation should be offered to the team who is made to wait to play the tie!

The Walneuk site always confused me, the junction there can be utterly chaotic, so much so the police wait at it quite often. Also, the land surely wasn't big enough to accommodate a decent sized store and car park? I'm delighted they paid up for the land of Love St mind, if it wasn't them it would have been a competitor (or so the story goes) so Tesco served their purpose in keeping the competition out at least. I noticed this on News night a week or so back, seems these hyper markets have had their day and the profits just aren't there. I hope this land doesn't sit with piles of rubble as it currently stands.

Back on subject, I tend to agree that people wouldn't walk en masse (present TCFKAR situation apart) but I am genuinley concerned that enough people chuck it in protest at something or other down the line that breaks the model.

Hi All, I've been reading a SMISA article on the CIC and it seems a bit worrying the lack of information provided however that is not my main concern regarding this plan, I'm more worried about the prospect of when push comes to shove and mandates are converted into actual withdrawaks from people's accounts will they still be willing to pay them? Also, what happens if numerous fans start to pull out? This seems like the easiest way to protest at the club, i.e. hold them to ransom, I can just see it in a few seasons time if the CiC goes through and we have a bit of a bad run, will the fans still be as interested in parting with their cash? I did check the FAQ on the 10000 hours site but never saw the answer to the above, I know some sensitive souls on here get a bit excited about repeat questions. BH
