Cheers Bernard. They're always good for a laugh. Did youknow the story about B&S&C&G? They applied for a government grant to go towards a "music project" they were putting together which would "keep us off 'dole". They used the grant to finance the recording and releasing of the album. Naturally, Thatcher's government were none too pleased about the content of said LP and they had to pay the money back. Mind you, they got good publicity for it hence more record sales so the money recouped itself.

A fine troupe, so they were. Instead of counting the band in doing "1-2-1234" Mutley MaccLad used to shout "fook-coont-fookcoontwankahse!". :lol

Now he's a poof, he's a fúcking queer,

Now he's a poof, he can't hold his fúcking beer

My mistake; Macclesfield is, in fact, in Cheshire. Still, they're funny as f*ck. Check out Julie the Schooly, Dance Round Us 'Andbags and Fellatio Nell, Son. Top quality. :D

In the meantime, I'm enhancing the beautiful sunny day it is by getting an earful of Love Unlimited by the Barry White Orchestra. Sheer 70s string-section-tastic.
