Bud the Baker
Jethro Tull - Stand Up 40 years old next year and still a fine album - tracks like We Used To Know are far superior than anything the current sensitive singer/songwriters like James Blunt & Damien Rice can make, yet the album still rocks............ PS - Does anyone remember the original cover? Edited September 27, 2008 by Bud the Baker

Yep. Chas'n'Dave on coke. I met Francis Rossi a few years back (at a garage in London). Told him I saw them on the 84 tour at The Apollo.... FR: "Did you enjoy the gig ?" BF: "Aye - it was magic !" FR: "Good, good.....I don't remember a f*cking thing about that tour" (Which tallies with Danny Baker recalling seeing a comatose Francis Rossi being "foot-dragged" to the dressing room/portakabin less than 1 hour before they played Selhurst Park in July 84 !!!!) Saw them at the SEC last year. Never played that pish live. Just all the old Quo classics. Magic. As good live now as when I first saw them around 1980. (Well almost as good).
