saintnextlifetime
Hopefuly this will encourage more Budds to go along to poundland on Saturday , to see if Herte makes a difference. Could be good..
FifeSaint
He lacks pace? He'll fit right in. Harsh but fair...... Like most people on here, I think this can't be a bad thing no matter how slow/past it he is. A bit of experience never goes amiss and McGinn for one could learn a thing or two... Bud wiser
Hope he turns out to be a good signing. I heard this at work this afternoon and just about had to smuggle the toffee hammer in my slacks out of the building I was so excited at the prospect of finally getting a decent left back to the club again. Been a long time since Julian Broddle's days
conaldo
Just checked the blackpool website and have noticed stephen mcphee plays for them. Betwwen him, charlie adam and our new sighing there must be enough grounds for another round of pre season friendlies. Will never forget the fun we had taking the piss out Steve squeaky McMahon. Surely they will invite the Paisley legions again!

Bobby_F
I do think some of the posters on here need to come in to the 21st Century. A week in the jail may have been slow 20-30 years ago, nowadays they've Sky Sports, PlayStation, the internet, all the drugs you can eat.... Gordon Urquhart
erm, cough, splutter, .....probably best to better stay straight and out of jail then. Thanks for the sound advice. Harte to score a wonder free kick on Saturday.
chico
here's a thought that occured to me. Shuggy Murray must have more winners medals in his career than Ian Harte.
Frank McGarvey' wonky legs
He lacks pace? He'll fit right in. Have we signed the Irish version of Ryan McCay?

Lanarkshire_Bud
Lots of experience, just what we need. Also a natural left back with a good cross and great free kicks. Hope he can stay free of injury, if so I think it's a good piece of business.
spoogy1
it'll be good when we play the green f**kers wind mcgeady up n tell him how roi was good when he played for them n how shite there now that mcgeadys playing for them
proud2beabuddy
Excellent, a left back with plenty of experience. Something we haven't had for a while. This will allow us to play Robb at left mid and get McGinn out of the left mid position that he really can't play.
spirit of 77
Ian Harte at training yesterday.... (ETA Sorry Gary - couldn't help myself !) Almost as alrming is the state of the squad memebrs standing behind him, what a crew?
Eminems Old Dear
Now I know he was/maybe is a decent player, but the back page of the Daily Retard says it all for me. He simply wants to play for C*lt*c. He might score the winning goal on Saturday, but for me he has already pissed on his chips. Keith Jackson also cant stop himself from referring to Ferguslie Park every time he mentions SMFC. The media again havig subtle digs at our great club. Surprised he didnt go further like the Spectator Magazine. Twat.

Surprised he didnt go further like the Spectator Magazine. Twat. I think it's fairly obvious that that is his reason for coming. IMO, if we can get the best out of him until the end of the season, then fair do's. After that, he signs for the JJs and we abuse him like we would any other. We may well be on the up, but we're not suddenly going to be attracting players like him who are looking for a 3 year contract. As for Jackson, he's just a c**t.
